A Ford Escape, operated by 28-year old Brandon Pollard, of Warren, was travelling eastbound on Hwy 30 and struck a female adult who was on foot within the eastbound “A” Lane.

Based on witness statements, a bicyclist was riding on Hwy 34 approximately 6 miles west of Philomath. When, as the bike was turning east onto Decker Road, a Ford pickup tried to pass the bike and they collided.
