Armond Harper Homicide Remains Unsolved After Three Years

The suspect ran out of the area, northbound on North Mississippi Avenue.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Armond Harper October 19, 2018, just before 10 a.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of a shooting at North Rosa Parks Way and North Albina Avenue.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located 42-year-old Armond Ramoan Harper suffering from a gunshot wound. He died early the next day.

One Man Killed by Gunshot in NE Salem

The alleged shooter is in custody.

(SALEM, Ore.) - fatal shooting Officers located one man who had multiple gunshot wounds. Officers closed multiple streets in the area to set up a perimeter search for involved individuals. A K-9 unit was on scene.

The injured man, identified as 29-year-old Abraham Torres Borja, was transported to Salem Health where he subsequently died from his wounds.

Oregon Man Arrested Fleeing With Two Children Listed as Missing

Samuel Levi Jemmett is being held on $395,000 bail.

(lLINCOLN CITY, Ore.) - Salem-News.com A male was reportedly walking around a vehicle and hitting it with a baseball bat on Logan Road.

When Officers arrived, the man was uncooperative and argumentative and locked himself inside the vehicle with two juvenile females. The children were listed as "Missing Endangered".

The television show “The Jane Doe Murders”, documented the lengthy process of how Kathy was identified.

(POLK COUNTY, Ore.) - Clifton murder On September 1, 1996, the skeletonized remains of an adult female were found in the hills overlooking the Mill Creek area in rural Polk County, Oregon.

In 2019, the remains were determined to be that of Kathy Thomas Clifton.

Tree Removal Crew Extinguishes Fire Near Idanha

Quick response prevented the fire from growing.

(IDANHA, Ore.) - Salem-News.com The crew was working on hazard tree removal along Highway 22 when a fire ignited near Idanha on the Marion County/Linn County line.

The crew's quick response was instrumental in getting the fire under control and preventing damage to nearby structures. Fire crews from as far away as Mt.
