Four Defendants Added to Gypsy Joker Motorcycle Club Racketeering Conspiracy

Club’s National President Among Those Charged in Conspiracy

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - A federal grand jury has returned a five-count superseding indictment charging six members and associates of the Gypsy Joker Outlaw Motorcycle Club for racketeering, kidnapping and murder.

Six defendants including GJOMC National President 61-year old Kenneth Earl Hause, 58-year old Mark Leroy Dencklau, 48-year old Earl Deverle Fisher, 36-year old Ryan Anthony Negrinelli, 61-year old Joseph Duane Folkerts, and a sixth unnamed defendant are charged with conspiring to conduct and participate in the activities of a racketeering enterprise.

Oregon Man Sentenced to Life in Prison for Sexually Abusing Children at Orphanage in Cambodia

Johnson systematically and repeatedly molested children who lived at an unlicensed orphanage he started and ran in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

(EUGENE, Ore.) - 40-year old Daniel Stephen Johnson, of Coos Bay, Oregon, was sentenced to life in federal prison on January 18th for repeatedly sexually abusing children who lived at an orphanage operated by the defendant in Cambodia.

In a jury trial last May, the "American missionary" was convicted on six counts of engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place and one count each of travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and aggravated sexual assault with a child.

Kelso Woman Killed in Convenience Store Robbery

(KELSO, Wash.) - On January 22nd at approximately 4:12 a.m., Holt's Quik Chek, located at 400 Cowlitz Way in Kelso was robbed. During the robbery, the suspect shot and killed the only employee in the store.

The suspect is believed to be a black, or dark skinned, male but he was utilizing a hat and bandana to cover his head and face.

Oregon Man Receives 6.5 Years in Prison for Child Porn

"Alarming": Michael Miner uploaded child pornography to social media and a cloud-based network.

(MULTNOMAH COUNTY, Ore.) - Today, Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill announced that 39-year-old Michael Scott Miner received a six and a half year prison sentence for being in possession of child pornography.

During this investigation, law enforcement learned that the defendant used his smartphone to search for, download and duplicate numerous child pornography photos and videos.

Thieves Use Heavy Equipment for ATM Heist

They left the ATM behind and are still on the run.

(McMINNVILLE, Ore.) - When officers arrived on scene, they saw a large piece of construction equipment and the bank's ATM sitting aside. The equipment was used to push the ATM off of its concrete mooring and across the street.

The heavy equipment was determined to be stolen from near the location. Both the construction equipment and the ATM were abandoned at the scene.

Severed Foot Found at Yamhill County Park -Public Assistance Sought

The foot was inside a gray Nike running shoe.

(NEWBERG, Ore.) - Today, just before 10:00 a.m. a severed human foot was located in a dumpster at the top of the boat ramp at Roger’s Landing Park just outside Newberg. The foot was located by a citizen looking for returnable bottles.

It is believed at this time that the severed foot is the match to a foot found on the shore of the Willamette River near Champoeg Park in July of this year.

Oregon Teen Plots to Kill Parents

(CORVALLIS, Ore. ) - A 14-year-old male from Albany was taken into custody Saturday by Benton County Deputies on two charges of Attempted Aggravated Murder and Attempted Arson in the First Degree.

Two days later, his 13-year-old male accomplice was also taken into custody.

FBI Director Christopher Wray`s Remarks Regarding Arrest of Cesar Sayoc in Suspicious Package Investigation

UPDATED: Statement on the FBI`s Investigation of Suspicious Packages

In addition to the five packages referenced in the original statement, the FBI has now confirmed SEVERAL additional packages.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Between October 22 and 26, 2018, suspicious packages were received at multiple locations in the New York and Washington, D.C., areas and Florida. The packages are being sent for analysis at the FBI Laboratory in Quantico, Virginia.

"This investigation is of the highest priority for the FBI."
