Marijuana Therapy: Better / Safer than Most;
Potential Hazards are Unfounded

Many patients say that Cannabis/Marijuana works better even than aspirin for headaches because it acts faster without the possibility of nausea and vomiting by stomach irritation.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - I am continually amazed to see on my computer screen the new diseases for which Cannabis/Marijuana is beneficial. On December 12, 2011, I posted PTSD: Medicial Marijuana Clinical Studies Confirm Benefits on salem-news.com. On December 23, 2011 I posted Marijuana: Mechanism of Action: Action on the CB-1 Receptor, which is in the brain.

    This I followed by the effectiveness of Cannabis/Marijuana on ALL kinds of pain from dandruff to athlete’s foot and ingrown toenails.

    The response to these articles by thousands of patients throughout the world was deeply appreciated so I decided to extend my fray against the ignorant disbelievers of Cannabis/Marijuana as medicine.

'Granny' Storm Crow with her list of successfully treatable conditions has been extremely helpful to me and everybody else about the medical benefits of Cannabis/Marijuana. Her list of 55 medical conditions ameliorated by Cannabis/Marijuana includes 27 conditions of brain damage or disorders with documentation that for these Cannabis/Marijuana is far better and safer than the standard, medically used pharmaceuticals. I am not going to repeat the conditions of my Marijuana: Mechanism of Action posting. I also do not think it necessary to go through the Pharmacopoeia of the standard drugs which have been used and failed to relieve the problems of these maladies. I hope that my article about Cannabis/Marijuana against pain brought attention to the fact that about 70% of patients seeking Cannabis/Marijuana medical permits all over the U.S. for severe pain might be convinced of its real benefit. This relief includes the devastating pain of many cancers!

In addition to severe pain, about 20% of patients want permits for severe nausea and vomiting which is mediated through the emetic or vomiting center IN THE BRAIN!! Other brain dysfunctions are in much less numbers but the medical fact persists that Cannabis/Marijuana is very successful in ameliorating their problems.

I cannot go into the beneficial actions of Cannabis/Marijuana for the 28 medical conditions which are not in the brain or Central Nervous System but the fact is that Cannabis/Marijuana also works very beneficially for all sorts of muscle spasms whether it be smooth muscle such as intestines, genitourinary, cerebral, respiratory, coronary or glaucoma et cetera or skeletal muscle anyplace in the body.

If you want to know why I write this it’s because I have had 5000 patients with almost all of these medical conditions and who found benefits better than that with standard drugs.

Many patients say that Cannabis/Marijuana works better even than aspirin for headaches because it acts faster without the possibility of nausea and vomiting by stomach irritation.
