Beachie Creek Fire Looters Arrested After Pursuit

Several items were recovered from inside the suspect vehicle

(SALEM, Ore.) - Earlier today, at approximately 10:11 a.m., deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious van in the area near Detroit, Oregon. Fire crews also reported seeing the van earlier in the town of Idahna and were concerned it was involved in the recent lootings.

Two male suspects ran from the vehicle. With the assistance of Linn County’s K9 and other nearby agencies, one suspect was immediately located and taken into custody near the golf course. At the time he was seen as attempting to break into a home.

Suspect Mitchell was discovered to be already in custody at the Washington County Correctional Facility.

(McMINNVILLE, Ore.) - CRT investigators located and recovered nearly all the property stolen from the West Valley Fire Department burglary which included medical supplies, radios, and protective equipment.

Human Sex Trafficking Investigation Results in 24-count Indictment

The alleged crimes occurred in January and February of 2019.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Today, Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill announced the filing of a 24-count indictment against 55-year-old Tracy Steven Rasberry following a human sex trafficking investigation.

A Multnomah County grand jury charged Rasberry with 24 counts of promoting prostitution.

Portland Man Arrested After Stand-Off in Aurora

The suspect had numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Today at about 1:40 p.m. an Oregon State Police Trooper attempted to contact a green Acura after it passed the Trooper driving in a reckless manner.

The vehicle attempted to elude the Trooper, then it stopped and the operator fled on foot into the residence located at 23531 Meadow Dr. Aurora.

Suspect in Custody following Wilsonville Workplace Murder

(CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore.) - At approximately 8:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15th, 911 dispatch received information that a suspect had walked into Heritage Specialty Foods in Wilsonville and fired multiple rounds with a handgun, killing one employee.

The suspect, 25-year old Camilo Santiago-Santiago, of Woodburn then fled the scene in a red sedan, traveling southbound toward Woodburn.

Hoover Criminal Gang Member Lorenzo Jones Indicted for Racketeering Conspiracy

Jones, Rhodes and Hernandez will be tried together and each face a maximum sentence of death or life in prison.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Billy J. Williams, U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon, announced today that 46-year old Lorenzo Laron Joneshas been indicted for his role in a racketeering conspiracy that caused the shooting deaths of two Portland men.

He is also accused of attempting to murder six other people, possessing stolen firearms, and distributing cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.
