Four Family Members from Idaho Die in Crash at Oregon / Nevada border

Both the family and the truck driver were from Idaho.

(MCCERMOTT, Ore.) - Fatal crash scene near the Oregon/California border 52507 Oregon State Police are continuing their investigation of a fatal traffic crash that resulted in the death of four members of a Nampa, Idaho family Friday evening. Their vehicle collided head-on with a commercial truck on Highway 95 about fifteen miles north of the Oregon / Nevada border.

"Both vehicles caught fire and were destroyed. Three victims were deceased at the scene, a fourth died enroute to a hospital, and the involved truck driver was not injured."

Western Oregon Student from Alaska Critically Injured in Crash

Update at 4:00 PM. Lacey E. Dunn has been transferred from a Eugene Hospital to Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland.

(ELMIRA, Ore. ) - wou student crash A Western Oregon University student from Alaska was critically injured early Sunday morning when the pickup she was a passenger in left drove off Territorial Highway about 1 1/2 miles north of Clear Lake Road and rolled numerous times.

19-year-old Lacey E. Dunn, age 19, from Ward Cove, Alaska, was transported by ambulance to Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene. The driver received minor injuries.

Eugene Woman Faces Long List of Charges Following Rollover Crash

The woman was transported to Yamhill County Jail for DUII processing then taken to a local hospital for an examination of possible injuries related to the crash.

(McMINNVILLE, Ore. ) - osp duii photo A Eugene-area woman was arrested Thursday night for DUII and other charges after she was involved in a rollover crash on Highway 99W then drove her wrecked car about 1/2 mile causing pavement damage before she was stopped.

At approximately 9:40 PM a 2003 Toyota Corolla driven by 22-year-old Stefani Talbot, from Eugene, was involved in a rollover crash on Highway 99W near SE Yampo Road in Polk County.

Following the crash, Talbot then drove north about 1/2 mile on Highway 99W into Yamhill County on flat tires and bent axles.

Two Vehicle Crash Sends Four to the Hospital

No word yet if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.

(TURNER, Ore. ) - crash investigation image The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a crash that sent four people to the hospital, including a 3-year-old child.

Although the investigation is continuing, it appears a 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity, driven by 25-year-old Malinda Haskins collided with a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Pickup driven by 21-year-old Paul Bender.

A 3-year-old occupant of the Celebrity was transported to Salem Hospital then life flighted to OHSU.

Six Cars Crash Sending Five Victims to Area Hospitals

This accident snarled traffic for over two hours.

(AURORA, Ore.) - Aurora Oregon car accident Just before 7:00 AM Tuesday, Aurora Fire Department responded to a car crash in front of Fir Point Farms on S. Arndt Road.

Upon arrival the rescue crews realized they had multiple vehicles and multiple victims.

The crash scene was scattered into two grouping of vehicles. One cluster was a two-vehicle entanglement involving a Chevy Pickup and a Honda SUV. The other was a four-car in-line crash, involving a Ford Focus, a Honda Accord, a Chrysler Voyager, and a Chevy 4X4 Pickup.

Police Investigate Fatal Crash Involving Freight Train

Oregon State Police and local emergency responders are on scene as well as Union Pacific Railroad law enforcement personnel.

(CANBY, Ore.) - Railroad tracks Oregon State Police troopers are on the scene of a, fatal pedestrian accident reported along Highway 99E near South End Road, north of Canby.

Investigators on the scene say they have been determined the situation was caused by a collision with a Union Pacific Railroad train.

Rollover Crash at Oregon Coast Sends Four Juveniles to the Hospital

Investigators say alcohol or drugs is NOT suspected as a result of the traffic crash.

(LINCOLN CITY, Ore. ) - oregon coast crash The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a single vehicle crash that sent two male juveniles to the hospital with serious injuries.

On Monday, just after 4:00 PM, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, North Lincoln Fire and Pacific West Ambulance responded to the crash on Drift Creek Rd.

When Deputies arrived they learned that a 1997 standard cab Ford Ranger driven by a juvenile male was traveling south on Drift Creek Rd. at an unknown speed.

Motorcyclist Injured After Hitting Dead Deer on I-5

The dead dear was laying the the center lane of the freeway.

(BROOKS, Ore.) - crash investigation A Salem-area man received non-life threatening injuries Monday morning when he was ejected from the motorcycle he was operating after running over a dead deer southbound Interstate 5 at the Brooks interchange.

The dead deer reportedly was in a shaded area underneath the overpass and difficult to see.

Monday morning at about 7:30, 36-year old Robert Evans from northeast Salem was southbound on Interstate 5 on a 1997 Suzuki motorcycle.

Investigators believe that Mr. Christensen could not hear the backing truck because of the engine noise of a nearby piece of logging equipment.
