Mount Marijuana Permit Explosion

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Way back in 1998 learned gentlemen of the Department of Human Services (DHS) when confronted with the legalization of Medical Marijuana collectively opined that about 500 patients in Oregon would qualify and be eligible for the ultra-valuable Oregon Medical Marijuana Permit.

After the first year, there were about 1000 patients and they of the DHS contentedly settled back, “Well we were only half wrong”. Each following year saw a doubling of the numbers. I myself was increasing the patient permit holders by at least a thousand while pussy wussy doctors with great bravado were signing 1 or 2. A few doctors got into the low hundreds.

By 2002, I was signing about ½ of the 4000 plus permits while a few more diffident doctors were getting into the low hundreds. It took awhile to get 5000 patients covered but I had that many by 2004.

At that time four esteemed nitwit doctors complained, to the Medical Board, that I was “stealing their patients and doping them up”. The nitwit doctors on the Oregon Medical Board like Chicken Little averred that I was forcing Marijuana on innocent, sheep-like patients and that I was making Marijuana addicts out of these innocent souls.

The Board, like cows, ruminated about this for a few minutes and collectively decided that I “was a danger to all of my patients and the public in general” and published it in the Oregonian.

I was quaking at the surmise that I had seriously psychologically damaged these patients but they returned year after year with no evidence of harm but thanking me for making their lives tolerable.

The 2011 statistics just came out: now there are 38,000 duped and doped-up Medical Marijuana patients who, according to the Medical Board, are skating on thin ice approaching psychosis, mayhem, murder and possibly suicide for using this DEVIL WEED made notorious by the movie REEFER MADNESS which presents not one iota of fact but is deliriously funny (pun). We also have 19,000 care givers who occasionally accidentally inhale “side smoke” vapors apparently without harm.

There are 11,000 patients with pending approval and they can use Marijuana also, making 49,000 legal Medical Card holders and users. The year 2010 produced 24,000 new applications- or 2,000 per month. It is still increasing.

The really scary thing about this all is that 3700 duped doctors have been bamboozled by these sick but crafty lying patients who have been able to talk their doctors into allowing them to use this mind-boggling, possibly addicting weed. Sarcastically speaking, of course.

It appears that less than one patient per thousand is getting into the toils of the law for some transgression such as having a few too many plants.

In the meantime there are probably at least 10,000 grow sites and the police would like to see all of them. This instead of going after real criminals – who are too dangerous for them to go after.

The Hemp and Cannabis Clinic which I started now has 150,000 patients from nine states and these patients are happily medicated and causing very little, if any, problems.

Marijuana is the safest drug with actual benefits for the user as opposed to alcohol which is dangerous, causes addiction, birth defects, and affects literally every organ in the body. Groups are organizing all over the country to speak their minds on reforming pot laws.
