Open Letter to Dick Cheney

Torture is illegal under the Geneva Conventions, and redefining it does not make it legal.

(SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.) - Dick Cheney Mr. former Vice President— or Dick, if you don’t mind — I was greatly disturbed to hear that you endorsed Gina Haspel or “Bloody Gina” as she has been affectionately called, for Director of the CIA, and your call to restart the use of torture, or as you once euphemistically called torture, “enhanced interrogation techniques.”

Shame on you Dick, torture is never justifiable.

Palestinian civilians were killed while peacefully protesting the move of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem and the anniversary of the ethnic cleansing from their homes.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Palestine “We condemn this massacre of civilian protesters -- including children, medical personnel and the disabled -- who seek to shake the conscience of an international community that has long ignored or excused Israel’s past dispossession of the Palestinian people and its continuing occupation of those few who were able to survive in their ancestral land.

Trump, Our Cartoon Nobel Peace Prize Nominee

In truth, Kim Jung-un and South Korean leader Moon Jae-in led the peace initiative.

(SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.) - Nobel peace prize On May 1st, 18 Republican members of Congress sent a letter to the Norwegian Nobel Committee, nominating Trump to receive the award for his work to "end the Korean War, denuclearize the Korean peninsula, and bring peace to the region.”

No, this isn’t a joke or a piece from The Onion. It took chutzpah for these Republicans to nominate a racist, misogynist, anti-immigrant, homophobic xenophobic, and corrupt person for the prize.
