Sri Lanka's army messed up big time in deciding to rape and murder a famous TV reporter named Isaipriya.

(SACRAMENTO) - Isaipriya Sri Lanka did not follow these rules of war. In the first photos of Isaipriyaa, she is dead, her clothes are stripped away from her body, her hands are tied behind her back and her pants are pulled down, her legs are spread.

Either way, dead women with their legs open and their clothing stripped away, who are bound, are generally rape/murder victims.

UK Calls for Probe on Tamil Massacre in Sri Lanka

Cameron also underlined the need for genuine reconciliation between the Tamil and Sinhala communities to work together for a bright future of Sri Lanka.

(LONDON) - Sri Lanka military violence British Prime Minister David Cameron today demanded a "transparent, credible and independent" probe into the alleged massacre of Sri Lankan Tamils, days after he pressed President Mahinda Rajapaska for an enquiry into rights violations during the final days of the civil war in 2009.

During the CHOGM summit in Colombo this month, he had said that if the Sri Lankan government fails to launch an independent enquiry by March 2014, UK will call for an international enquiry through the United Nations.

United Nations: URGENT APPEAL: Renowned Tamil Poet Arrested and Detained

A Sri Lanka Police Spokesman told the BBC Tamil Service, that he was arrested as he was ‘disrupting the ethnic harmony in the country.’

(JAFFNA) - Shanmugampillai Jayapalan, famously known as VIS Jayapalan in the Tamil literary world. Shanmugampillai Jayapalan, famously known as VIS Jayapalan in the Tamil literary world, was born in Uduvil, Jaffna in north of Sri Lanka. He began his writing in the 70s while studying at the University of Jaffna and published his first anthology in 1986. Since then he has published at least 12 anthologies of poetry and short novels.

As the war escalated, he fled Sri Lanka in 1988 and was granted asylum in Norway.

Legal sources in VVT said the civic body could now proceed with building the park which is situated at a key memorial site...

The letter praised Cameron for taking the time to visit the northern province, and for demonstrating conviction and firmness in issuing an ultimatum demanding that Rajapaksa "begin an inquiry into alleged war crimes by March or face international intervention..."
