Man Killed By His Wife 15 Minutes After Leaving Jail

It took just minutes for the man to return home, make his way into the house, and be shot fatally by his wife.

(CLEVELAND) -  Robert Vann Marshall A man in Athens, Tenn., was shot and killed by his wife less than 15 minutes after he was released from jail.

It began last Saturday when police officers in Athens, Tenn. were dispatched to a report of a suicidal 34-year-old man named Robert Vann Marshall. Responding officers were advised that the man was threatening to kill his wife and children, local television outlet WBIR reported.

1994 Cold Case Suspect to be Arrainged

Brian Hill was 26 years old when he was shot in the driveway of his residence on May 19, 1994 at approximately 10:13 p.m.

(PORTLAND OR) - Suspect 37-year-old Marvin Lee Lambert 37-year-old Marvin Lee Lambert will be arraigned on murder charges Monday in Multnomah County Court. Lambert was trans ferred to the Multnomah County Jail on June 21, 2013, from Federal custody.

On May 24, 2013, a Multnomah County Grand Jury indicted 37-year-old Marvin Lee Lambert on one count of Murder and one count of Felony Murder for the 1994 shooting of 26-year-old Brian Hill.

Three People Shot, One Dead in Sacramento Gas Station Shooting

A Sacramento Police spokesman says homicide detectives are on the scene, as investigators try to piece together the details.

(SACRAMENTO, CA) - Scene of fatal shooting in Sacramento "Pop, pop pop pop pop" - the sound of a gun interrupted an otherwise quite morning in Sacramento today. This reporter was in traffic about 75 feet from the scene of the shooting. It happened just after 11:30 at an Arco station on Mack Road in Sacramento.

Doug North, spokesman for Sacramento Police, tells Salem-News that three people were shot in the incident, one died at the scene.

Random Shooting at Oregon Family`s Car on I-5

Three bullet holes were found in the left side of the car, neither the parents or children were struck.

A Dark Day in Santa Monica: Gunman Opens Fire Near College Campus

Police confirmed there was also an emergency on the campus of Santa Monica College, but did not confirm a shooting.

(SANTA MONICA KTLA) - Bus at Santa Monica shooting KTLA reports that an alleged gunman was arrested near Santa Monica College Friday after one person was killed in a shooting and two bodies were discovered in a nearby house.

Portland Police Arrest Suspect in Deadly Cully Neighborhood Shooting

A 21-year-old female is being treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

(PORTLAND, OR) - 30-year old Bradley Carl O'Rourke The man sought by police for the fatal shooting of 33-year old Anton Lashawn Hill last Wednesday, 30-year old Bradley Caro O'Rourke, turned himself in today.

O'Rourke was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Murder, Attempted Murder and Assault in the First Degree.
