Vancouver Rallies Past Volcanoes, 6-4

The Hops come to Keizer for a three-game series that begins Friday for the 7th Annual Patriotic Tribute at Volcanoes Stadium.

(VANCOUVER, B.C.) - Salem Keizer Volcanoes Vancouver used a five-run bottom of the eighth inning to rally back to victory 6-4 in the series finale Thursday night in front of 3,784 at Nat Bailey Stadium.

Roemon Fields gave the C's its fourth win in the five-game series with a 2 RBI triple with two outs in the eighth to cap off the huge comeback.

Forjet Shines as Volcanoes End 4-Game Skid

Salem-Keizer is still four games out of Hillsboro's pace atop the Northwest League South Division.

(VANCOUVER, B.C.) - Salem Keizer Volcanoes Jason Forjet shined in his start at Vancouver, leading the Volcanoes to its first victory in the series, 6-1, Wednesday night at Nat Bailey Stadium.

Forjet was the first starter in this series to record a solid outing, going six innings allowing just one run on five hits and two walks with three strikeouts.

Canadians Beat Volcanoes, 8-4

Canadians score seven runs in four innings to begin the contest.

(VANCOUVER, B.C.) - Salem Keizer Volcanoes The Vancouver Canadians sent a packed house of 5,157 home happy with a 8-4 win over the Volcanoes Tuesday afternoon at Nat Bailey Stadium.

The Canadians jumped on Volcanoes starter Ethan Miller right from the get go, hanging 10 hits and six runs on the starter to push him out of the ballgame by the end of the third inning.

Christian Arroyo's first inning home run provided a brief spark as the Volcanoes took the early lead.

Lichtenthaler, who attended Concordia University and played baseball the last two seasons, signed with the San Francisco Giants as a free agent shortly after the conclusion of the 2014 MLB First-Year Player draft.
