New Information on Lincoln Police Officer Shooting Suspect Released

Suspect David Anthony Durham is described as a white male, 6'3", 160 - 185 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes.

(WALDPORT) - Details are being released in the ongoing search for the man who shot a police officer on the Oregon coast Sunday night.

43-year old David Anthony Durham is accused of shooting of Lincoln City Police Officer Steven B. Dodds, who remains in critical condition.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Portland Police say an officer was investigating a reported fight at Club 915, located at 915 Southwest 2nd Avenue this morning at 1:37 a.m., when he heard shots ring out and then located a shooting victim at Southwest 2nd and Taylor.

Lt. Kelli Sheffer with Portland Police, says a second officer arrived in the area of the shooting and saw the victim down on the ground.

(UPDATE) Police Seek Suspect in McMinnville Shooting

From statements given to investigators it appears as though the suspect knew the victim and this is not a random act.

(MCMINNVILLE, Ore.) - McMinnville Police say a man was shot last night at the Circle K convenience store located at 840 NE 3rd Street.

Officers responded to the scene at 6:38 p.m. and located a Hispanic man, identified as 36-year old Javier Vage Jr. of Salem, who had been shot in the hand and leg.
