(PORTLAND, Ore.) - There appears to be a great controversy about whether Marijuana/Cannabis is beneficial for mental disease or if it is really harmful.

One thing I noticed is that if a research physician or group wants to get a huge grant from a federal anti-marijuana agency, is for them to have the word marijuana near the words “drug abuse” or “dangers”. For this, there are hundreds of studies and/or articles.

(SOMERDALE, NJ) - “The Dance of the Dead” is one the best horror/comedy movies of recent years. In contrast, the 18,329 cancer deaths of Marines who were stationed at Camp Lejeune and Camp Pendleton from 1975 until 1985 are a real life horror story and not a laughing matter.

In the newly released article, Environmental Health, explains that Dr. Frank Bove, ATSDR toxicologist, and other scientists reported that Lejeune Marines had higher cancer rates than those at Camp Pendleton.

We conducted a retrospective cohort mortality study of Marine and Naval personnel who began service during 1975-1985 and were stationed at Camp Lejeune or Camp Pendleton, California during this period.

(SALEM) - A bill that would ask Oregon voters if they want to legalize marijuana while leaving the regulations up to the Legislature passed its first committee last Thursday.

Senate Bill 1556 passed the Senate Judiciary Committee on a 3-2 vote, with all Democrats supporting it and all Republicans opposing, reports Jeff Mapes at The Oregonian. The bill now goes to the Senate Rules Committee.
