Federal Jury Convicts Man of Assaulting Woman on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation

Graybael Jr. faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and five years of supervised release.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Warm Springs Indian Reservation A federal jury in Portland found a Warm Springs, Oregon man guilty today of assaulting his girlfriend and leaving her lying injured in the driveway of her home on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation.

38-year old Maron Brent Graybael, Jr., was found guilty of one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury.

Portland Man Sentenced to 70 Months in Prison for Assaulting Peacekeeper

Gage Halupowski assaulted a man during the June 29, 2019 mass demonstration in downtown Portland.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Gage Halupowski A person was being chased and fell to the ground where he wasvrepeatedly kicked, punched and hit with expandable metal batons. Adam Kelly entered the crowd and attempted to serve as a peacekeeper.

When Kelly left the crowd, law enforcement witnessed Halupowski run up behind Mr. Kelly and strike him on top of the head with an expandable metal baton. This was a powerful strike to the head. “The sound of the blow was sickening"...

Sly Salem Woman Arrested After Stealing Police Car

She manipulate her handcuffs and escaped from the rear seat of the patrol vehicle.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem-News.com A Salem woman is in custody on multiple charges following an incident where she was able to manipulate her restraints and steal a Salem Police patrol vehicle.

The incident began at approximately 3:15 pm when Salem Police officers contacted 25-year old Rebecca J Payne of Salem. She was at a motel and had valid warrants for her arrest.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - merrilee cooley The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the homicide of Merrilee Cooley.

68-year-old Merrilee Bonnie Cooley of Johnson City was last seen by her family on December 26, 2016. Two days later she was reported missing to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

Man Survives Throat Slashing Outside Burger King

The suspect is in custody.

(McMINNVILLE, Ore.) - Burger King stabbing A Burger King employee was stabbed outside the restaurant in north McMinnville this evening. The incident began across the highway in the WalMart parking lot, at the coffee stand, and appears to be random.

“The suspect was lurking around where I work and trying to come in our door,” wrote Jordan Schnepp on the YamCo facebook page. He works at the coffee stand.

Machete-weilding Man Injures Three in Woodburn

After Walmart, he broke down a door to an apartment and slashed three men with the machete.

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - Salem-News.com Monday night, a little after 10 p.m. Woodburn Police got a call about a man in Walmart breaking out glass cabinets and taking ammunition.

Witnesses said the man was running around the store with a machete and while in the store, the suspect, identified as Alan Lee Brock, allegedly swung a machete at a door greeter and said he was going to kill him.

Public`s Help Sought to Locate a Wanted Domestic Assault Suspect

Pompa is on the run after allegedly abducting and hurting his girlfriend.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - David Pompa The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help to locate 32-year-old David Santiago Pompa in connection with the abduction and assault of his girlfriend. The victim is now safe and is receiving medical care for non-life-threatening injuries.

Pompa was armed with a large knife and may be driving a dark green 1997 Acura TL 4-door. He is described as a male Hispanic, 5'4" tall, 130 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes.
