Suspect, Vehicle Sought After a Week of Threats Against an Amity Family

Police say the suspect was injured during Wednesday afternoon's incident, and could have a significant injury to his lower left abdomen.

(AMITY, Ore. ) - Oregon State Police Police in McMinnville and Amity are searching for a suspect and vehicle in connection with a week long investigation involving multiple threats and assaults against a family living on Highway 99E in Amity.

The suspect fled the scene in a 1990's red or maroon SUV -- possibly a Chevy Blazer or similar body design -- with a male driver and a white female passenger.

Suspect Arrested After Resident Spots Him Leaving Barn

The Marion County Sheriff's Office would like to thank local residents for helping in capturing this suspect.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Rodney Allen Tishmack The Marion County Sheriff's Office has captured the man wanted in connection with a residential burglary Monday near Seminole Road NE and Mustang Road NE.

Rodney Allen Tishmack was arrested Tuesday afternoon after being seen by a local resident exiting a barn.

Police Need Help Locating Armed Suspect NE of Salem

At this point, deputies believe when the man fled he may have been armed with a shotgun.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Marion County Sheriff The Marion County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who stole a vehicle from home around 3:00 p.m. on Monday.

Marion County Sheriff's spokesman Sergeant Chris Baldridge says residents near Seminole Road NE and Mustang Road NE interrupted a burglary of their residence.

Salem Armed Stand-Off Ends With Suspect in Custody (VIDEO)

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Salem-News.com Salem Police officers along with the Salem Police SWAT team and negotiators, were able to take a wanted man into custody Sunday after he barricaded himself inside a home.

Salem police were called just before 8:00 a.m. to the 3200 block of River Road N, on a report that a subject wanted on several Domestic Violence charges and a Parole Violation warrant was in the area.

Woodburn Police Seeking Information on Armed Robbery Suspect

Anyone who may recognize this person, or who has information regarding the robbery, is asked to call 503-980-2460.

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - Woodburn Armed Robbery Suspect Police in Woodburn are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who robbed the Sherwin-Williams paint store located in the 1500 Block of N. Pacific Highway at gunpoint.

Nobody was hurt during the incident on the afternoon of July 6, and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Oregon Boy, 3, Crashes Parents Jeep, Goes Home to Watch Cartoons

This all took place on Tuesday in the small, quiet community of Myrtle Creek, located just south of Roseburg.

(MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. ) - Oregon Jeep Accident A 3-year-old Oregon boy decided to take his parents Jeep out on a test drive, only to crash it into a neighbor's home, and then flee the scene to head back home to watch cartoons.

An officer at about 9:00 a.m., first spotted the young boy sitting in the Jeep unattended and after watching the boy for about five minutes they went up to talk with the boy who said his parents were not home and he was being watched by a relative who at the time was sleeping.

Call Nets Police Stolen Car, Drugs, Four Arrests

In addition to the stolen car, deputies found a pile of shaved keys and methamphetamine.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Marion County Bust A call to the Marion County Sheriff's Office Wednesday afternoon, led police to a stolen vehicle, drugs, and landed four people behind bars.

Marion County Sheriff's spokesman Sergeant Chris Baldridge says deputies were called around 1:40 p.m. to 164 Lancaster Drive SE in a parking lot on the report of a large disturbance.
