(SALEM, Ore. ) - The Marion County Sheriff's Office has captured the man wanted in connection with a residential burglary Monday near Seminole Road NE and Mustang Road NE. Rodney Allen Tishmack was arrested Tuesday afternoon after being seen by a local resident exiting a barn. Deputies believe Tishmack stayed in the barn overnight after being chased by deputies through a local Christmas tree farm. Tishmack was arrested without incident while walking away from the barn, he was not armed. After his arrest Tishmack was transported to the Marion County Jail where he is being held on Criminal Mischief and Trespassing charges.
