Birth Defects Reveal Weapons-Grade Enriched Uranium Used in Fallujah, Iraq

The TV show 'Vice' presents evidence backing our theory, that uranium-based weapons were used in Fallujah, where birth defects have skyrocketed...

(SALEM) - Nukes at Fallujah "This was not depleted uranium, it was actually slightly enriched uranium..."

The story here is almost as obscene as the overall notion of attacking a country suspected of having nukes, with nukes; and if one leading expert is right, that is exactly what happened.

What a Way for Police to Treat an 85-Year Old Man!

Police treatment of WWII war hero shows nation's real regard for its warriors.

(SALEM / LONDON) - 85-year old Norman Scarth At Salem-News.com we try to keep our readers updated on the plight of military veterans, who for all of the recruitment hype during time of war, are actually treated with disregard and minimal application of assets and resources after the wars are over and the troops, those who are left, finally return home.

Visiting Auschwitz

As non-Jews, our visit to Auschwitz was sobering. we cannot imagine what a visit must be for a Jew, especially someone who has lost family members at Auschwitz or at another concentration camp.

(SAN FRANCISCO) - Auschwitz camp watchtower (Photo by Judi Iranyi) We just returned from a tour of Central Europe. We visited Warsaw, Krakow, Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, and Prague.

On our drive from Warsaw to Krakow, we stopped at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oswiecim, renamed Auschwitz when the town and the surrounding area were incorporated within the Third Reich.

PTSD/TBI and General/Doctor McCaffrey

Wrong, wrong, and wrong again as usual.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Barry McCaffrey I can't say that I am amused by the continuing blather erupted by Dr./Gen. Barry McCaffrey about PTSD and also drugs when he was interviewed by Mike Francis of the Oregonian 28 Sept. 2011.

He proved when he was drug czar in the White House a few years ago that he didn't know anything factual about marijuana and drug abuse and he repeated showing his ignorance in this article.

Conjuring Hitler: How Britain and America Made the Third Reich

Guido Giancomo Preparata, the author, is a former professor of Political Economy at the University of Washington.

(SALT LAKE CITY) - Conjuring Hitler, There are two definitively distinct types of history: the history written by those who take official propaganda at face value, and the history written by those who read between the lines, dig into the cracks, and shine a light on the dark corners of purposefully forgotten inconvenient truths.

The second type of history is sometimes referred to as “revisionist.” A more accurate description would be to call it “real” history, with the inverse being true of the former kind.

Marijuana Urine Test: a Fallacious Cynical Hoax

Urine levels have absolutely no correlation with brain dysfunction levels which some feel cause the “DUII” levels indicating intoxication.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Pee test The Marijuana positive urine test has been used for years to fine and incarcerate Marijuana users and even non-users who happened to be in the same room with a Marijuana party.

If a person inhales Marijuana fumes directly by smoking or inhaling vaporized fumes from a vaporizer, the “medicine” will go directly through the lungs and into the blood stream. If a person is in the same room with smokers, he will also inhale “side smoke” which will end up the same way.

Marijuana Good, Alcohol Bad, So Prints the Oregonian

It is tremendously gratifying to read of The Oregonian’s new progressive stance on Marijuana. It is long overdue.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - pot vs. booze To admit that The Oregonian would print BEER BONG OK, NOT BONG HITS as an OPED article on the editorial page Sunday, September 19, 2011 was like an electric shock.

Maybe some of their editors, reporters or other stringers have severe pain problems or just want to enjoy the effects of an excellent tranquillizer after an arduous days work instead of a nasty old glass of beer or wine.

Women Soldiers: Battle Casualties and Death

I knew from my World War Two experience that American women were killed, most were usually nurses in hospitals being bombed with artillery. Things are different today.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - American soldier from the Oregon National Guard during a Convoy flat tire change on an Afghanistan highway. I'm not just writing about Army soldiers, but the Infantry; whether from the Army or Marines, do most of the fighting, killing, wounding and dying. Very few rather than these are in similar situations.

I had read about it occasionally, but a recent New york Times brought to the fore, that women usually not packing sub-machine guns, were now being exposed to front line fire from all sorts of weapons.
