The Oregon State Police has been awarded grant funds to provide extra enforcement between Salem and Woodburn in the Highway 99E Safety Corridor, one of seven safety corridors around the State to be selected by the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Safe Drinking Water Loan Fund Tops $100 Million Benchmark as Woodburn Completes Water Facility(Woodburn) -
The City of Woodburn has completed a $4 million project to bring its water treatment plants into compliance with federal drinking water standards. It was funded through the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund, which has lent more than $100 million to 68 Oregon water systems, leveraging federal dollars for health and economic benefit.
