(KEIZER) - Keizer Police officers assisted by Woodburn Police arrested several adults and took four children into protective custody after a drug investigation at 3967 Partridge Lane NE in Keizer Monday. Around 8:00 PM, the Keizer Police Department`s Community Response Unit went to the Keizer address, while Woodburn Police worked the side of the investigation in their city. The bust yielded approximately 100 grams of methamphetamine, 13 grams of marijuana, 1 gram of Heroin, a loaded firearm, scales and packaging material. Two adults were arrested, one charged with drug sales and possession, the other for Child Neglect. Keizer Police Sgt Jeff Isham says the investigation revealed that four children ages 12, 10, 2 and 1 year old lived in the apartment where the drugs were being sold, `All of the items that were located were in areas that were easily accessible by the children. As a result all four kids were taken into protective custody by the Department of Human Services." The father of the children, 26-year old Miguel Farias Villalobos was charged with Distribution of a Controlled Substance II, Possession of a Controlled Substance II, and 4 counts of First-Degree Child Neglect. His bail was set at $140,000 27-year-old Gloria Solorio, the mother of the children, was arrested for 4 counts of First-Degree Child Neglect and transported to the Marion County Correctional Facility. In Woodburn, police arrested three men on drug charges 32-year-old Valente Olivier-Espindola, 20-year-old Abel Soriano-Espindola, 36-year-old Artemio Calzada-Martinez, each were charged with possession and distribution of meth. During searches of the apartment and a residence in the 1200 block of E Lincoln Street, police found a pound and a half of meth, stolen personal identification, credit carts and checks, two guns and more than $3,500 in cash. Two other suspects, 34-year-old Larantino Torres-Garcia, and 30-year-old Urbano Hernandez-Fajardo, were arrested during traffic stops and charged with drug possession and distribution. Nine other people were arrested on charges of frequenting a residence were drugs are used or sold Woodburn police said.
