Amber Alert Issued for 3 Year Old Texas Boy

The suspect is Mario Romero, an Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, 5'7" and 205 pounds.

(DENVER CITY, Tx.) - Mitchell Romero a 3 year old Hispanic male and suspect Mario Romero, an Hispanic male The State of Texas issued the Amber Alert Friday (10-16) after the boy was reportedly abducted by the suspect in Denver City.

Denver City is near the New Mexico-Texas state line, about 30 miles east of the New Mexico town of Lovington. The child's mother was found murdered at the child's home and the suspect is wanted in connection with the murder.

Amber Alert Issued for 13-Year Old Texas Girl

Police say the suspect likes to carry knives, and has bad acne. There is no suspect vehicle information at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call the Tyler Police Department.

(TYLER, Tx.) - 13-year old Erika White was taken by Blake Miller, also known as 'Joker' The State of Texas issued the Amber Alert Wednesday afternoon (10-07) after the girl was reportedly abducted in Tyler. The victim and the suspect were last seen in Richardson early Monday morning (10-05).

The suspect has mental issues and the child is considered to be in serious danger.

Lubbock, Texas Murder Suspect Arrested in Bend

One of the man's alleged victims is still missing.

(BEND, Ore.) - Murder suspect Mickey Weldon Patterson Oregon State Police and Bend Police Department assisted Lubbock, Texas police in the arrest Wednesday in Bend, Oregon of a murder suspect wanted in connection with the 2006 disappearance and murder of two women.

Lieutenant Gregg Hastings with OSP, says today at approximately 12:00 noon, detectives from the Oregon State Police and Bend Police Department arrested 59-year old Mickey Weldon Patterson outside of a Bend-area residence located at 31 SE Benaiah Circle.

Texas Issues Amber Alert for 14-Year Old Texas Boy

The suspect vehicle is a dark blue 2004 Kia sedan with Texas tag number 178HWV.

(LEAGUE CITY, Tx.) - Missing boy, 14-year old Samuel Blake Kirtley and suspect, Neal Haynes Roberts. The State of Texas issued a Amber Alert Wednesday afternoon after the boy was reportedly abducted Sunday afternoon in League City.

Authorities in Texas say the suspect has a history of family violence and aggravated kidnapping. There is an open CPS case against the suspect for physical abuse.

(SAN ANTONIO) - Tim Cole Texas' unenviable record of convicting too many innocent people has helped the Texas House pass legislation creating an innocence commission that would investigate how innocent people ended up in prison.

"What we're trying to do is to make sure that we never, never ever convict a person wrongly again," says. Rep. Ruth Jones McClendon, D-San Antonio, author of HB 498. The bill still needs Senate approval before he heads to Governor Rick Perry.
