Iran has proposed that a joint consortium to construct and develop light water reactor plants be established by Persian Gulf states.
The Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Reza Aghazadeh, made the proposal Sunday at Tehran's first international exhibition on nuclear power plants, 'the environment and sustainable development'.

Some hate mail is from extremist groups in places like Afghanistan, and some of the hate mail is from extremist groups in places like Topeka, Kansas.

Salem Police Warn of Debit Card Scam

Salem Police want like to remind the public that Financial Institutions will never send a text, e-mail or phone message asking for information they already have.
(SALEM, Ore.) -
The Salem Police Department is warning the public of a scam text message that has been sent to numerous people advising that their debit card has been frozen and requesting that they call a phone number to have it reinstated.
There are at least 40 known instances of people who have received telephone text messages stating "We apologize to inform you that we have locked your debit card. For fast reactivation please call us at 971-404-2986." This phone number is not in service at this time.
