Rape is ALSO an `Incident to Service`?

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" is written above the main entrance to the U.S. Supreme Court Building. Any ideas on how to make this happen for veterans and active duty military men and woman?

(WASHINGTON, DC) - Military rape As of 2014 the U.S. Congress has yet to make a "Rule" preventing injurious, non-consensual experiments on and rape of U.S. Military Personnel, i.e., by a Law of the Land NOT by a Dept. of Defense (DOD) Administrative Decree!!

When Will They Ever Learn? The American People and Support for War

When it comes to war, the American public is remarkably fickle.

(PORTLAND, OR) - American pursuits The responses of Americans to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars provide telling examples. In 2003, according to opinion polls, 72 percent of Americans thought going to war in Iraq was the right decision. By early 2013, support for that decision had declined to 41 percent.

Similarly, in October 2001, when U.S. military action began in Afghanistan, it was backed by 90 percent of the American public. By December 2013, public approval of the Afghanistan war had dropped to only 17 percent.

Top 10 Proofs People Can Be Completely Manipulated Without Hypnosis

People have been dying since before recorded history, and yet only those who pretend to believe nobody dies can be considered serious, honest, upstanding folk.

(WASHINGTON, DC) - US flag firing missiles A poll of people in 65 countries, including the United States, finds that the United States is overwhelmingly considered the greatest threat to peace in the world.

The consensus would have been even stronger had the United States itself not been polled, because the 5 percent of humanity living here is largely convinced that the other 95% of humanity -- that group with experience being threatened or attacked by the United States -- is wrong.

Indian Air Force: Is it an Expeditionary Force?

After its experience with four recent Expeditionary Air Missions, considerable debate exists in US military circles on the viability of an expeditionary force in today’s context.

(NEW DELHI) - Indian Air Force Su-30MKI Reporting on the recent assumption of office by the new Chief of the Indian Air Force, The Times of India on 31 December 2013 carried a piece by Rajat Pandit stating  that  the new Chief would have to focus on faster induction of planned air assets if his force has to eventually become a truly ‘expeditionary aerospace power’ (sic).

Whilst this may just be   misplaced reportage and not an official policy declaration by the IAF or the government, it needs gainsaying that as per the IAP 2000 IAF Air Power Manual, the IAF does not have an expeditionary role.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Syrian ded We are accustomed to the US media’s false claim that 100,000 or more people have been killed by the Syrian government forces in the almost 3 years of the civil war there.

In fact, even the most widely quoted pro-opposition source in the western media, the “Syrian Observatory on Human Rights” in London, admits the largest group of the 130,433 deaths it claimed to have counted through Dec. 30 are those of pro-government combatants.

PTSD: The Other Ultimate Sacrifices And Marijuana

Is there any limit to what Veterans must endure? Where is the "support for troops" now?

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Dr. Phil Leveque PTSD I have nothing but honor and utmost respect for the 300,000 of my fellow dogfaces in WWII who died so that I could write these stories honoring them.

I was committed to combat late in WWII, but many in my company and my battalion whom I knew well were killed, many just in front of me. It is an eerie feeling just to remember “there but by the grace of God, go I”. This happened too often when I was in a combat zone but for only about three months. I even get those feelings today, 68 years later. This is PTSD.
