Clackamas Fire District #1 responded to the commercial fire at 12:00 AM Sunday at 16569 SE 115th in Clackamas.

Oregon City Man Identified as Home Invasion Murder Victim

The man killed in the incident is from Oregon City.

(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is now revealing the identification of the murder victim who died at the scene of a home invasion robbery/murder on South Maple Lane, in Oregon City.

The deceased male is identified as 32-year old Joseph Ryan Pankonin, whose last known formal address is listed on Bullard Street, in Oregon City.

61-year-old Carol Jean Labrado a resident of Milwaukie, was previously employed by the Clackamas River Water District, and is believed responsible for the theft of $57,000 in funds from the District.

The black, Ford Ranger, pick-up truck that the deputy stopped was towing a utility trailer with no operating tail-lights, Clackamas Sheriff's Office Spokesman Jim Strovink said. The vehicle was pulled over February 15th at 9:00 PM.
