GAO Pushes to Share Incapacity

(LOS ANGELES) - Salem-News.com A recent Government Accountability Office (GAO) report on the heated topic of adult guardianships advocates for removing certain long- established privacy protections and has caused a temblor in the guardianship reform movement.

The GAO report in question, entitled “Incapacitated Adults: Oversight of Federal Fiduciaries and Court Appointed Guardians Needs Improvement” (GAO 11-678), made two recommendations which would in essence violate existing privacy laws.

Local Venice Beach Surfers Rescue Baby Great White Shark

Shark saviors in the South Bay...

(VENICE BEACH, Calif.) - Baby Great White shark rescue at Venice Beach A baby great white shark caught with a fishing pole from Venice Beach pier was brought to shore by locals, and one actually took out the hook and set the shark back out to sea.

The video is incredible, and it is a fact that very few such occurrences have ever been recorded. A man who has not been identified actually places his hand inside the mouth of the baby Great White in order to pull the hook out.
