Early Morning Fire Guts Lebanon Mini Mart

There was no damage to the owners' home close by.

(LEBANON, Ore.) - Lebanon mini mart fire An undetected fire tore through the C & R Mini Mart Monday morning destroying the small convenience store outside of Lebanon near Waterloo.

Firefighters received the call for flames coming from the rear of the market at 31054 Santiam Highway just before 5:00 a.m. and arrived to find the small market fully engulfed in flames.

Oregon Tax Kicker Percentage Corrected

Even if you don't have a filing obligation for 2017, you still have to file a 2017 tax return to claim your credit.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Oregon A corrected rate for Oregonians' tax surplus credit, or "kicker," for the 2016 tax year has been certified by the Office of Economic Analysis (OEA) since previous public announcements. The more than $463 million total tax surplus remains the same.

The surplus will be returned to taxpayers through a credit on their 2017 state personal income tax returns filed in 2018.
