Deception, Death and Darfur

Sources confirm that hundreds of people were arrested and more will continue to be over the next few days.

(EL FASHER / PORTLAND) - Salem-News.com The citizens of Darfur came together in protest on Tuesday, April 27 in El Fasher. Although their protest ended after an hour, many felt that they had begun to send their message that, “the government that is killing innocents must stop”.

Our source says the police came in force using tear gas, batons, live and blank AK-47 rounds, against those protesting.

The photo accompanying this report shows a cargo truck with weapons going to the GOS (government of Sudan).

(SUDAN / PORTLAND) - Weapons being delivered to Chad rebels in Sudan Chad rebels entered Darfur in late January of this year, according to reports.

They were brought in by the government of Sudan (GOS) who apparently told them to move into the north Darfur towns.
