(McMINNVILLE, Ore.) - Steve Taylor sank 9 of 11 shots from the field on his way to game-high 24 points as the Linfield Wildcats ran past the Concordia Cavaliers 91-79 in nonconference basketball action Saturday night at Ted Wilson Gymnasium.

(DAVIS, Calif. ) - Kyle Brucculeri’s big night was highlighted by clutch free throws down the stretch as he led his UC Davis Aggies to a 76-68 win over the Portland State Vikings.

(POMONA, Calif. ) - Casey Stepan scored a team-high 12 points, carrying Linfield to a convincing 64-50 nonconference victory over winless Pomona-Pitzer Saturday night in the second round of action at the David Wells Classic.

(NEW YORK) - Missouri is No. 1 in The Associated Press Top 25 for the second time in school history. The Tigers' only other time at No. 1 lasted a week in 1960.
Missouri became the fourth team this season -- joining Southern California, LSU and Ohio State -- to hold the top ranking, a day after beating Kansas 36-28 to earn a spot in the Big 12 championship game. ranking ever.
West Virginia moved up to No. 2 on Sunday, its highest ranking ever, and became the eighth team this season to be ranked second. The Mountaineers' 66-21 victory over Connecticut earned them the Big East title and knocked the Huskies out of the rankings.

Missouri QB Chase Daniel threw for 361 yards and three touchdowns as the Tigers figure to go to the top of the BCS standings and become the new No. 1 in the AP Top 25 for the first time since 1960.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - Junior Wade Douglas scored a game-high 18 points and grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds, but it was not enough as Corban's men's basketball team fell, 77-70, to NCAA Division III member Lewis & Clark Saturday inside the C.E. Jeffers Sports Center.
