(VANCOUVER, B.C.) - Junior Craig Spicer (Vancouver, Wash.) and freshman Kyle Taylor (Clackamas, Ore.) each collected a combined three hits in the doubleheader, as Corban's baseball team dropped a pair to the University of British Columbia, 5-3 & 7-6 in 10 innings, Friday at Nat Bailey Stadium.
In the opener, Corban scored the game's first three runs in its first at-bat as senior Jamie McGraw (Gaston, Ore.) began the game with a walk before advancing to second on Spicer's single down the left field line.

The two teams combined for 34 runs in the two contests, as the ‘Yotes prevailed 11-3 in the day’s opening game prior to the second-game heroics of Sisler and Batey.

In Thursday's opening round of the Masters, they were as close as golfers can get at Augusta National Golf Club. Rose and Immelman matched four-under-par 68s to share the lead. Mayo has decided to forgo his eligibility at USC and declare for the 2008 NBA Draft.
The 6-foot-5 freshman, is a dynamic all-around player widely regarded as the top player in his class since the seventh grade. Mayo has not signed with an agent, but plans to in the near future.
