(SALEM) - Good Morning! Here is your morning Salem and Portland traffic and weather report from Salem-News.com. Salem area traffic: All roads clear. Portland area traffic: No accidents reported. Salem Road Construction Report: Madrona Ave S Between Biegler Ln S and Karen Ave S. Through 5/18 - 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Traffic reduced to one lane with flaggers for water line installation Turner Road under I-5: Monday through Thursday and April 29th through May 3rd, Turner Road will close from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Detour signs guiding traffic around Turner Road are in place. Watch for occasional daytime single-lane closures with traffic controlled by flaggers; expect delays. Please use alternate routes. Felton St S Between Ewald Ave S and North Dead End. Through 6/22 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Street closure for water line installation. Karen Ave S Between Madrona Ave S and South Dead End. Through 6/22 - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Street closure for water line installation. The Polk County Public Works Department: Perrydale Road will be closed near Webb Lane from Monday through Wednesday.
