Tomorrow we will press charges against President Kagame in the ICC

The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda Returns to Run for a Parliament Seat

The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda has announced their decision to return to Rwanda.

(WASHINGTON DC) -  Frank Habineza Politics in Rwanda is currently in a fragile state. Many foreign backers have withdrawn or suspended aid due to the actions of President Paul Kagame supporting the M23 rebel group in the DR Congo.

If there is ever an opportunity for opposition groups to the RPF to be organized and prepared it is now. One of these groups is the Democratic Green party of Rwanda.

Rwanda: Making Money While Breaking the Backs of the Deprived

One has to wonder how far the Kigali regime will go to continue to deny the accusations that are obvious to the world.

(WASHINGTON DC) - Kagame and Museveni On August 3, 2012 a bi-partisan coalition of Congressmen sent a strongly worded message to the Government of Rwanda regarding their continued support of the M23 rebel group in the eastern part of the DR Congo. The letter specifically states in part that:

“We are writing as a bipartisan group of legislators to express our deep concern about the recent and growing conflict in eastern Congo. The violence in eastern Congo has severe consequences on the local populations...”

Rwanda Man Lights Himself Ablaze Protesting Torture & Inhumanity

RWANDA: FDU-Inkingi condemns increasing violence by security personnel pushing a poor vendor to set himself ablaze.

(KIGALI, Rwanda) - Sadiki Mutabazi, a young orphan, chose to self-immolate in protest of having been tortured and his belongings taken away by government authorities, an increasing problem in Rwanda. Three days ago, a young orphan known as Sadiki Mutabazi doused and set himself self-ablaze in Rubavu district (Gisenyi) where he worked as a mobile vendor for a living.

He was rushed to the emergency unit of a local hospital but later transferred to Kigali University hospital (CHUK) in a critical condition.
