Portland Police Homicide Detectives have confirmed the identity of the homicide victim from early Sunday morning as 19-year-old Andre Dupree Payton of North Portland. Payton died of a gunshot wound after the shooting early Sunday at Northwest 2nd Avenue and Couch Street. |
