APN Condemns Planned New East Jerusalem Settlement

Approval of Giv’at Hamatos is a unilateral act that both symbolically and concretely sends an unequivocal message that the current Israeli government is not serious about negotiations or peace.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Salem-News.com Americans for Peace Now (APN) today joined the Israeli Peace Now movement in condemning Israeli plans to build a new settlement in the southern part of East Jerusalem – the first new Israeli settlement in East Jerusalem in decades.

APN warned that the implementation of the project could torpedo not only future peace efforts between Israel and the Palestinians but the very possibility of the two-state solution.

Busted! Mr. President, We Believe Iran!

Do note: Judge Napolitano says both Iraq Wars, 1991 and 2003, were based on falsified intelligence. We thank Judge Napolitano for his courageous stance and for this “accidental leak” we know he enjoyed so much.

(CINCINNATI ) - Nobody talks about this; the massive death of Iranians that were a direct result of the U.S. funded war on Iraq. We know you have sold your soul to Israel, agreed to veto Palestinian statehood, a trade for election money. You are an idiot.

Israel is paying off both sides, as usual, as are the drug cartels. If you wonder why your Attorney General may face prosecution?

Iranian Terror Plot: Fake, Fake, Fake

By preparing the country for war with Iran, Obama will not only defang the GOP, but also appease the all-important Israel lobby, which has been beating the war drums for years.

(ALEXANDRIA, Egypt) - Fake, fake, fake –

I’m talking about the latest anti-Iranian propaganda coming out of Washington, which claims the Iranian Revolutionary Guards were involved in a “plot” to take out the Saudi ambassador to the US and blow up both the Saudi and Israeli embassies.

Cairo Clashes: The Chronicles of Egypt Copts

“With Egypt military council siding with the Islamist front while dragging its feet on getting the police forces back on the street and properly functioning again, the Christian minority (10% of Egyptian population) remains in limbo.”

(ALEXANDRIA, Egypt) - Salem-News.com Cairo remains tense after clashes left at least 24 people dead and over 270 injured in the worst violence in the Egyptian capital since the country’s revolution in February.

What To Do? What can we as Individuals do to Free Ourselves and our Country?

Some say the word Enemy has no place in a struggle for peace... they think it is synonymous with violent resistance. That is exactly what we are supposed to believe.

(SAN BLAS, Mexico) - Limbaugh and O'Reilly One of my biggest criticisms of Neo-Con blowhards like Limbaugh and O'Reilly is that they whine and complain but offer no viable solutions.

I have been guilty of the same thing. It is easy to point out glaring injustices and obvious wrongs, but then what?

Dutch Court Will Decide if Tamil Tigers are Terrorists or Freedom Fighters

Five Sri Lankan men go on trial tomorrow in The Hague accused of supporting the separatist Tamil Tigers, or LTTE. But their possible convictions are the tip of the iceberg in a case which will be interpreted in Sri Lanka as a decision on who is right and wrong in the country’s 30 year civil war.

(THE HAGUE Radio Netherlands) - Tamil Tigers flag As a bloody 3-decade war raged in northern and eastern Sri Lanka, significant parts of the Tamil diaspora spread throughout the world kept themselves busy in supporting roles, one of the most important of which for the Tamil leadership was fund-raising.

Only with millions of dollars flowing in from such groups could the LTTE keep itself adequately armed to fight Sri Lanka’s state military.

Sanctioning Messenger Dr. Bouthainia Shaaban Assaults American Values

The US treasury and State departments have targeted her and the Obama administration, largely it appears, out of ignorance.

(TRIPOLI) - Dr. Bouthainia Shaaban As part of its 7th set of US sanctions against Syria, which began in June, 2011, the Obama administration has targeted a messenger, a sometime spokeswoman, a positive image of Syria, someone people of all religions and cultures have easily identified with over the past several years, Dr. Bouthainia Shaaban.
