Seeing the rising urgency among the donors of the hospice and their demands for more donating options, Lucy O’Donoghue-Friends of the Hospice Coordinator announced that a paypal account has been set up facilitating the donors.

(RAWALPINDI) - St Joseph hospice in Pakistan The Saint Joseph’s Hospice, Rawalpindi had been running low of funds to the verge of closure. The expenses of running this charitable institution working exceeded far beyond funds available past few months so much so that the administration had announced possible closure of the Hospice.

In this regard, Sister Walsh was determined to keep the hospice running said: I will fight to keep the hospice open, as closing seems too painful an option.

SLMP Wins Blasphemy Case in Pakistan

Group sees difficult case through to the end and a woman accused of a serious crime is allowed to return to her family.

(LAHORE) - Agnes was charged with blasphemy in Pakistan. Eventually reality prevailed and 56 year old Agnes won her case after a difficult three years.

According to the report publicized by "Sharing Life Ministry Pakistan" (SLMP), Agnes, a mother of 5, was arrested on blasphemy charges on January, 2011, when a regional property dealer filed a report with police station in the city Faisalabad.

Taliban Shadow District Governor Killed in Herat Province

Adraskan district chief Haji Lal Mohammad Omarzai confirmed that the shadow governor and deputy governor of the Taliban group in Shindand were killed during the operations.

(KABUL) - Herat Province map According to local authorities in western Herat province of Afghanistan, Taliban shadow district governor for Shindand was killed during a military operation by Afghan special forces.

A local security official in Adraskan district confirmed the report and said seven other militants were also killed during the operation.
