Denver DA Green Lights 1st Degree Murder?

The DA’s decision to ignore the conclusions of the Denver Police Department is outrageous.

(DENVER, Colo) - The Denver District Attorney’s office announced yesterday that no charges will be filed against “an off-duty Colorado Department of Corrections employee” who killed Victor Mendoza after provoking a conflict at the Colorado Motorcycle Expo on January 30th of this year.

“The Denver Police Department conducted hundreds of hours investigating the brawl and presented it to the district attorney’s office on Monday as a first-degree murder case.”

82nd Airborne Division Paratrooper Dies in Motorcycle Accident

(FORT BRAGG, N.C.) - An 82nd Airborne Division Paratrooper died early Tuesday morning from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident that occurred on Cliffdale Road in Fayetteville, Monday.

Pfc. Holden Jeffrey Philbrook, 19, of Citrus Heights, California, was an indirect fire infantryman with 2nd Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Abn. Div.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Jason Earl Hause passed away on March 1st 2015 in Portland, Oregon, due to complications developed from serious injuries of a tragic motorcycle crash on Feb 27th in which he was cut off in traffic on the interstate by a careless driver. Jason was 37.

Anyone who ever met Jason will never forget him. He had a larger than life personality and a loud and infectious sense of humor, ever the prankster.

Motorcyclist Thrown From Marion Street Bridge Following Collision

All lanes of the Marion Street Bridge are now open for normal traffic.

(SALEM, Ore.) - The Salem Police Department Traffic Control Unit is on the scene of a motorcycle/vehicle crash on the Marion Street bridge that caused the motorcycle driver to be thrown into the Willamette River below.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:45 pm on Monday when a motorcycle and vehicle impacted each other while eastbound on the Marion Street Bridge.

Serious Injury Hit & Run Crash Involving Motorcycle and ATV - Highway 99E North of Brooks

OSP is seeking information to help locate the involved vehicle and operator.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Oregon State Police is continuing the investigation into Sunday night's serious injury hit & run crash that occurred on Highway 99E near Waconda Road NE about three miles north of Brooks. The crash seriously injured a motorcyclist and OSP is looking for information to help locate a reported involved ATV and its operator.

On September 7, 2014 at approximately 8:41 p.m., a motorcycle operated by 48-year old Keith Miller, from Woodburn, was traveling on Highway 99E near milepost 39 when it collided with an ATV that was crossing the highway.

Motorcyclists Seriously Injured in Crash with Pizza Delivery Vehicle

Deputies quick actions may have just saved the motorcyclist's life.

(SALEM, Ore. ) - A motorcyclist collided with a pizza delivery vehicle Monday afternoon in NE Salem.

Marion County Sheriff's spokesman Sergeant Chris Baldridge says deputies and firefighters arrived on the scene shortly after the accident at the intersection of Silverton Road near Lardon Road.
