Today's court case proves that the people of California are not willing to convict legal patients that are protected by the law.

(SACRAMENTO) - Supporters of Curtis Keaton In Tehama County, Sheriffs deputies have been busy these past couple of years with a string of arrests all aimed at medical marijuana patients.

The most recent target of their war on the legal medical marijuana patients is Curtis Keaton, a disabled man who suffers from muscular dystrophy which is a condition that effects the musculoskeletal system. Curtis was arrested after placing an ad on Craigslist looking for fellow Prop. 215 patients. The person that responded to his ad was anything but a legal patient, rather a sheriff investigator Jeff Garrett.

Colorado's marijuana business is exploding far beyond their marijuana commissioners' feeble minds, to a million dollars worth a day.

It just proves that they didn't know anything about marijuana and its use as medicine.

(NEW YORK ) - Jon Stewart from the Daily Show On Tuesday night’s The Daily Show, host Jon Stewart weighed in on cable news freaking out over Colorado’s decision to legalize recreational pot. Stewart blasted Fox’ Billy O’Reilly and his “old timey Americana restoration hour,” for saying pot-smoking is “literally Russian roulette.”

“I think the only difference between a bong hit and pointing a loaded gun at your own skull is that the gun can kill you instantly, and must never be criminalized or restricted in any way ever,” Stewart remarked.

Reporter David Brooks should ignore National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) propaganda.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Marijuana The New York Times has published some excellent articles about marijuana as medicine, but Mr. Brooks' article is replete with "falsies" direct from NIDA.

His first error from NIDA is that is causes addiction in one of six teenagers. However, about nine percent of teenagers smoke. Nine percent of those become dependent. That is only one percent total.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Retail Medical Marijuana I hope all users get the joke. There has been too much pejorative comments about patients who use the safest, most effective medicine for their myriad of diseases. It appears that the overseers of the medical marijuana program were surprised that the large number of first day buyers, which numbered around ten thousand people, who purchased about $1,000,000 worth of medicine.

At the same time, the committee made the same foolish mistakes as all of the other state committees. Marijuana IS medicine and should be considered such, like aspirin, which incidentally kills about one thousand people per year. Marijuana kills nobody!

World`s First Legal Adult Marijuana Sales Begin in Colorado

The Marijuana Policy Project — the largest financial backer of the Colorado legalization initiative — will support efforts to pass similar laws regulating marijuana like alcohol in 13 more states by 2017

(DENVER) - Marijuana At 8 a.m. MT on Wednesday, approximately three-dozen state-licensed marijuana retail stores in Colorado began legally selling marijuana to adults 21 years of age and older.

The state is the first jurisdiction in the world to establish a system in which marijuana is regulated and taxed similarly to alcohol.
