We owe very much to these two people – more than we can ever repay. Dr. Mikuriya wrote the book, The Marijuana Papers which is probably the most cited book on the subject.

Doctor`s Guilty Plea on Sex Abuse Charges Means Several Years in Prison

Lawrence Ronald Litwer is sentenced to 60-months in a penitentiary.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Dr. Lawrence Ronald Litwer Dr. Lawrence Ronald Litwer of Portland, Oregon was sentenced today to 60-months in the Oregon penitentiary for crimes involving contact with an underage female. Litwer pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree Attempted Sex Abuse.

Washington County Sheriff's Office Spokesman Dave Thompson, says that when Ronald Litwer was first arrested, Sheriff’s detectives were concerned that his position as an urgent care doctor could have led to other incidents of abuse.
