(PORTLAND, Ore.) - 24-year-old Seng Ton Saechao A man arrested by Sheriff’s detectives for rape may have more underage victims. Police say Seng Saechao met one victim five years ago when she was thirteen years old.

Sheriff’s detectives arrested 24-year-old Seng Ton Saechao on 7 April 2010, according to Sgt. David Thompson with the Washington County Sheriff.
