(PORTLAND, Ore.) - A man arrested by Sheriff’s detectives for rape may have more underage victims. Police say Seng Saechao met one victim five years ago when she was thirteen years old. Sheriff’s detectives arrested 24-year-old Seng Ton Saechao on 7 April 2010, according to Sgt. David Thompson with the Washington County Sheriff. He has been charged with first-degree Rape, second-degree Rape, second-degree Sodomy and first-degree Sex Abuse. Thompson says detectives started investigating Mr. Saechao after an 18-year old female made a report that she had sex with Mr. Saechao from the time she was thirteen to the time she was fifteen. "She met Mr. Saechao in a church youth group when he was 19-years old. She made the report in January of 2010," Thompson said. "The victim decided to report the crime to her mother when the victim learned that Mr. Saechao had secretly taken pictures of her while they were having sex and he subsequently posted them on the internet." Thompson says a second female came forward after the first and reported that in 2008, when she was 17-years old, Mr. Saechao forcibly raped her at his residence located at 1532 SW 203rd Avenue in the community of Aloha. "Detectives believe that Mr. Saechao may have more victims who have not come forward." He says they are asking anyone who has any information regarding Mr. Saechao and his relationships with underage girls to call Detective John Shipley at 503-846-2596. In all stories like this, it is important to remember that the individual has been charged, but not convicted. Charges like this can be devastating for families, and it is important to remember that in the past, people charged with similar crimes have been found not guilty and/or acquitted. Honestly, who knew if it was rape or not; for all we know, the girl could have consented. It is a bit awkward to say that the other female "victim" was rape at this man's house. What were you doing at his home in the first place! This is pathetic!

I just can't believe that someone could do such a thing. It blows my mind.
