Police say a fatal crash near the California border involved at least 18 vehicles. Several drivers who narrowly avoided becoming part of the collision remained on scene. Police say low visibility was the reason for the tragic incident.

Clackamas investigators have released more information on this morning's fatal automobile crash on Redland Road in Estacada. The driver who died was 40-year old Kimberly Kay Erwin, who resided with her husband and two daughters in Eagle Creek.
