Trooper Stops To Help Disabled Motorist, Instead Delivers Baby - Highway 199 south of Grants Pass.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore.) - Oregon State Police An Oregon State Police trooper stopping to help what he thought was a disabled motorist ended up helping deliver a baby girl Monday morning on the side of Highway 199 in Selma south of Grants Pass.

The mother and child are in good condition at Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass.
