Cocaine Found During Traffic Stop on Oregon`s Interstate 5

The arrest came during the final days of the latest "Click It or Ticket" campaign as police around Oregon were stepping up enforcement of safety restraint and child safety seat laws.

(CANYONVILLE, Ore.) - Salem-News.com Two men were arrested after Oregon State Police found 1/3 pound of cocaine in their vehicle last Thursday, on Interstate 5 about six miles south of Canyonville.

Police say that September 18th at about 7:42 AM, an OSP senior trooper stopped a 2006 Hyundai driven by 42-year old Paris Deschonn Perrantes, from Vancouver, Washington for an unsafe lane change and following too closely behind another vehicle northbound on Interstate 5 near milepost 92.

An OSP drug detection canine assisted during the stop.

Lebanon Meth Bust Lands Three Behind Bars

30 Kilos of Cocaine Seized by Oregon State Police Near Sutherlin

(SUTHERLIN, Ore.) - Salem-News.com Two Washington men were arrested after approximately 65 pounds of cocaine were found in hidden compartments in their car during a traffic stop Thursday morning.

Police say that about 10:00 AM, an OSP senior trooper stopped a 2007 Honda Accord displaying Washington license plates traveling north on 1-5 near milepost 140, for following too close and other hazardous traffic offenses.

Authorities say the seized cocaine has an estimated value of approximately $600,000.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem-News.com My sister was buried yesterday. Patricia Agnes died of Liver Cancer at 62. God, rest her soul. She never drank, smoked and ate a healthy diet. She had a medical marijuana permit but she never smoked marijuana in her life.

She believed the 'Reefer Madness' Lie that Cannabis was a drug like meth or heroin. Why else would it be a crime to use it? The doctors and everyone did their best but ….. It’s the Cannabinoids, Stoopid.

Man Faces Numerous Charges After Police Chase

The vehicle struck an apartment and the force of the knocked a child's bed several feet away from the wall, fortunately the child was not home when it happened.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Just after midnight, a Marion County Sheriff's deputy says he attempted to pull over a suspected DUII driver at Lancaster Drive and Sunnyview Drive in Salem.

But the suspect failed to yield to the traffic stop and a chase lasting 8.4 miles ensued through Salem and into Keizer. The Marion County Sheriff's Office says the attempt to elude officers ended abruptly.

96 Arrested in San Diego State University Drug Bust

75 SDSU students and 21 non-students have been arrested for various drug offenses ranging from possession of marijuana and cocaine to sales of cocaine.

(SAN DIEGO) - SDSU drug bust Ralph W. Partridge, Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration San Diego Field Division and the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and the San Diego State University Department of Public Safety today announced the culmination of an extensive undercover drug operation on the San Diego State University campus.

They say it led to the arrest of 96 individuals, including 75 students selling or buying cocaine, marijuana, or ecstasy.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Salem-News.com My recent article engendered what may be the DSM definition which is about fifty words long and to me it is too laborious to memorize or even repeat.

I think and suggest that it was put together by $300 an hour psychiatrists to shield their high paying patients of the stigma of being called an ADDICT. It is much nicer to be referred to as DEPENDENT whether physical or psychological.
