(PALMDALE, Calif.) - Handcuffs Attorney General Kamala D. Harris announced the arrest today of three suspects in a foiled murder-for-hire plot commissioned by a Tijuana drug cartel.

Dozens of special agents from the California Department of Justice armed with a search warrant conducted the early morning raid at a residence in Palmdale, California.

White Supremacists Arrested for Smuggling Heroin Secreted into California Prison

Reported gang members said to have imported drug in Glue Strips of Envelopes into Susanville State Prison.

(YUBA CITY) - Handcuffs Attorney General Kamala D. Harris announced today the arrests of five members of a white supremacist gang based in Yuba County.

The gang members were arrested on charges of smuggling heroin into Susanville State Prison in the glue strips of letters mailed to inmates associated with the "New Order" gang.

Amber Alert Issued for 4-Year Old California Boy

Anyone with information is asked to call the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department.

(PATTERSON, Calif.) - The victim is Juliani Cardenas, a 4-year old Hispanic male. The suspect is 27-year old Jose Esteban Rodriguez. The State of California issued an Amber Alert late Tuesday (01-18) after the suspect abducted the boy in Patterson. The suspect is believed to be driving to the San Jose area.

Juliani Cardenas, an Hispanic male, 4 years old, 3' 6", 40 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a light blue shirt.

Callifornia`s AG Asks Supreme Court to Stop Drug Companies from Cutting Deals to Block Generic Drugs

Along with the 31 other states, California's AG is urging the U.S. Supreme Court to accept the case for review and allow proper antitrust scrutiny of these agreements.

(LOS ANGELES) - California Attorney Kamala D. Harris California AG Kamala D. Harris has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in a U.S. Supreme Court case that seeks to end the "pay-for-delay" agreements in which a drug company pays competitors not to market generic versions of its brand-name drug.

Harris is the lead on this amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review these agreements that cost consumers billions of dollars and violate state and federal antitrust laws.
