Beaverton Police officers say they stopped a vehicle near SW Hall Boulevard and SW Greenway for expired license plate tags and no proof of insurance last night just before 7:00 PM. Sgt. Paul Wandell with Beaverton Police says the officers contacted the driver, who was identified as 24-year old Michael Douglas Ceja of Beaverton.
