Christopher K. Winter‏ Pleads Guilty to Murder

At the time of this murder, the deceased John David Hall and the suspect Christopher Winter were business partners, conducting business as Bulls Eye Pest Elimination; an insect exterminator service.

(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - On November 15th, 2005, John David Hall, 55 at the time, was found dead police say, as a result of homicidal violence. His body was discovered inside his residence at 8951 SE Beaver Lake Drive, in Clackamas.

The discovery launched a Major Crimes Unit investigation conducted by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office; which resulted in the arrest of Christopher Keller Winter.

Thursday at 1:30 PM, Christopher Keller Winter entered a plea of guilty to Murder and Theft One, in the Clackamas County Circuit Court, Oregon City.

At the time of this murder, the deceased John David Hall and the suspect Christopher Winter were business partners, conducting business as Bulls Eye Pest Elimination; an insect exterminator service. The formal sentencing of Christopher Keller Winter will be conducted in the Clackamas County Circuit Court, November 6th, 2007 at 1:30 PM.
