(CORVALLIS, Oregon) - The Oregon State wrestling team will give its fans one final chance to catch the squad in action Saturday when the Beavers participate in their annual intrasquad matchup at legendary Gill Coliseum. Start time is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT.

Fans are invited to come to the intrasquad free of charge. It is the final open event for the Beavers prior to their season opener, which is scheduled for Nov. 13 at No. 2 Boise State. The Beavers, meanwhile, will open the season No. 22 in the NWCA/USA Today Division I Coaches Poll, which was released last week.

The team’s home opener is Nov. 27 against Simon Fraser.

The Beavers have held two previous open practices prior to the intrasquad, with both in the Dale Thomas Wrestling Room on the second floor of the Sports Performance Center. Both practices saw a good turnout from fans as the team began preparations to defend its seventh Pacific-10 Conference title.

Single-match tickets for five of the six home events are $7 for adult general admission, $5 for youth/senior and $2 for groups of 20 or more. These cover the Nov. 27 meet against Simon Fraser, Jan. 21 and 23 against Cal Poly and Stanford, respectively, and Feb. 11 against Arizona State and Feb. 13 against Cal State Fullerton.

For the Endowment Meet, on Jan. 30 against Boise State, all tickets are $10.

Also available are all-session tickets for the Pacific-10 Conference Championships to be held Feb. 27 at legendary Gill Coliseum. Fans can purchase these tickets for $30 for general admission adult tickets or $15 for children/student and senior tickets.

Tickets can be purchased by visiting the ticket office at Gill Coliseum, calling 1-800-GOBEAVS or online on osubeavers.com.

Season tickets are also available and can be purchased in the same manner. Season tickets for adults cost $40 while season tickets for children and seniors are $28. Season tickets do not include the Pac-10 Championship meet.

Oregon State went 18-3 last season and captured its seventh Pac-10 title and second under head coach Jim Zalesky. The Beavers sent six to the NCAA Championships in Omaha last March, and five – Jason Lara, Colby Covington, Clayton Jack, Mike Mangrum and Kelly Kubec – return for the 2010-11 season.
