(CHENNAI, India) - "The few who understand the system will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantages...will bear its burden without complaint, and perhaps without suspecting that the system is inimical to their best interests." Rothschild Brothers of London; communiqué to associates in New York; June 25, 1863 CorruptionSince 1995 an institution called the ‘Transparency International’ [TI] has been publishing data on countries ranked from least to most corrupt based on “perceived levels of corruption, as determined by expert assessments and opinion surveys. Their definition: Corruption is essentially "the misuse of public power for private benefit."Those in the know, the true knowledge and information exchange network, which is global, would readily confirm that the most corrupt political entities that have perfected the system of misuse of public power for private gains are: (a) The British Government, (b) The US Government, (c) The Zionist Israeli Government, (d) The French Government, and (e) The Italian Government. All five are consummate suckers and should be ranked in that order. They are the leaches, fattened on human blood, still sucking, and they won’t drop off because they have insatiable appetite for sucking. The dumb sheeples in the Western world are told that Asians, Africans and Latin Americans are corrupt. And the world is told that West Europe and North America is most honest. [1] The whiter the skin, more honest one is by default; as melanin gets denser, more corrupt the specie of homo sapiens become. Essentially, that is the central thesis of Transparency International. The top ten most honest countries by ranking of 2011 are: New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Singapore, Norway, Netherland, Australia and Switzerland. Their combined total population would be less than that of a small region of India or China. India and China together have over two billion simple, decent and absolutely honest people. People are not evil or corrupt; institutions are. Queen Elizabeth’s bank was fined for drug money laundering. Jacques Cheminade, an independent presidential candidate running in the French election, said, “a part of the fortune of the Queen of England comes from drug trafficking.”[2] Whatever else she has comes from stolen lands across the world. The flags of USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand fly on stolen lands. Switzerland has a deal with the Italian Mafia to bring in truck loads of cash and no questions will ever be asked and that is known to the Indian revenue intelligence. Radioactive Japan is ranked 14th when the whole world knows that the Japanese Government and Japan’s mainstream media were complicit in a massive cover up with TEPCO when Fukushima blew up. Private benefit from public power has taken away all survival options of the Japanese people yet TI ranks Japan 14th most honest. The seat of the criminal imperium, United Kingdom, shares rank 16th with banana republic Barbados. Both honest! British citizens can romp nude without fear of being raped, and it can ensure that no rapist touches their citizens; imperial laws still prevail in Barbados, not in the streets of London or Birmingham. Margaret Thatcher destroyed the British working class. Hundred year old manufacturing tradition lies in tatters; the creativity of its engineers and workers was systematically slaughtered in less than a decade. Tony Blair destroyed its middle classes. Tony has avoided an arrest request filed by lawyer Chris Coverdale in London Metropolitan Police Station for war crimes under the statute known as International Criminal Court Act of which Britain is a signatory of. It’s a lethal Act and most Brits don’t even know that they could all be made to pay war reparations to nations their lawful government has bombed. Even the British Police does not know this. Reagan did the same to the American people; from the time this two-penny devil was installed, America started losing its manufacturing base. Under Obama’s care its working classes and professional classes are being systematically reduced to penury. That a non-citizen, perhaps an illegal alien, was installed as POTUS does not bother TI. What is the rank of the recently destroyed nations? The jewel in the crown of Queen Elizabeth Afghanistan ranks 180th and shares the lowly distinction with Myanmar, aka Burma; Madame’s uncle was also known as the Earl Mountbatten of Burma. The poor Burmese don’t even know who that Earl was with a batten in his mountainous frame. Afghanistan was occupied in 2001 by nations that rank most honest. The occupation was to eliminate the Taliban which was actually installed by the 16th and 24th most honest nations according to the 2011 ranking. Hillary Clinton confirms that on video. [3] The occupation continues, will continue, and poor Afghanis as a nation will remain the most corrupt in the perception of the Transparency International because the most “clean nations” need their opium poppy converted to heroin and cocaine and shipped in their government aircrafts to the most honest people in their own territories, to be sold to the ‘poor and honest’ Europeans and Americans. Iraq, another occupied nation, what the American soldiers never fail to call Eye-Rack, is ranked 175th and the honest nations’ soldiers have performed better than Pol Pot’s million skulls. The honest American and NATO forces have slaughtered 1.5 million men, women and children and threw out five million out of their homes, now refugees anywhere they could find a refuge. Libya is ranked 168th. One of the best managed nations now bombed into the Stone Age. Over 100,000 killed, countless rendered homeless, all infrastructure destroyed with precision bombing. The nation that got out of servile subjugation in 1969 under Muammar Gaddafi is back into slavery in 2012, and that is called “honesty” and transparency in international governance. Libyans and Iraqis lived far better quality of life than most folks in the “honest” US and NATO nations can imagine. Gaddafi and Saddam’s did steal public assets but their ill gotten gains were “expropriated” and all their sovereign assets, gold and cash, were looted by the same banksters who prop-up the Western honest nations’ political leaders and their criminals. The Military Governor announced that Iraqi farmers will only sow Monsanto’s seeds; same Monsanto that is hell bent on destroying world’s food security. And now energy companies at work in Libya, after Blair’s deal, include “Eni, Total, Repsol YPF, StatoilHydro, Occidental, OMV, ConocoPhillips, Hess, Marathon, ExxonMobil “and others.” [4] That is a classic example of misuse of public power for private profit on a colossal scale. Transparency InternationalPeter Eigen, a former World Bank regional director, founded TI in May 1993. Eigen acted as Chairman and Jeremy Pope was Managing Director. Eigen is an insider and knows the sheer scale, breadth and depth of corruption instigated and perpetuated by transnational corporations from America, Europe and Japan in all the third world countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America. [5] He says that he is baffled by ‘pervasive government corruption, hand-in-glove with global companies’ and then claims that TI is able to track this and is taking the matter up with these companies to eliminate this practice. Eigen can’t be faulted on the choice of suave, pleasant and comforting words but his associations undermine his credibility. The World Bank and George Soros are just two names that come to mind immediately. CPI and BPIIn 1995, TI developed the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) and in 1999 the Bribe Payers Index [BPI]. Based upon surveys of business people, the CPI ranks nations on the prevalence of corruption in each country. BPI ranks nations according to the frequency that a country’s company would offer bribes to the public officials in the target country. In 1999, Transparency International began publishing the Bribe Payers Index (BPI) which ranked nations according to the frequency that a country's multinational corporations would offer bribes. The index “ranks 28 of the world’s largest economies according to the perceived likelihood of companies from these countries to pay bribes abroad. It is based on the views of business executives as captured by TI’s 2011 Bribe Payers Survey.” [6] According to BPI, least corrupt is Belgium and most corrupt, Russia. India and China fall in between but lower down the order. Belgian Congo, a vast African country with rich natural resources, was brutalized by the Belgians. Have they become so civilized now as to not bribe their way into those very resources that they came to plunder? CriticismThe contribution of Eigen is that he has at least made an effort to document the level of corruption around the world. However, his method of ranking is not only incorrect but unjust and, therefore, the real level of corruption can’t be measured. If one draws three concentric circles, the ‘least corrupt’ would cluster in the central circle, about 30-40 nations, almost all white. In the middle circle would fall all those who are closely allied with this global power centre; these are ‘relatively more corrupt.’ In the outer circle would fall all the nations that are the main target for resource plundering, the ‘full-spectrum dominance’ and mass depopulation agenda of those ‘least corrupt’ who are located in the central circle. Resource plundering and depopulation agenda does not figure in the calculation of TI. Neither does genocide. Neither does destruction of civilian infrastructure by saturation bombing by those very nations whom TI places as most honest. Did it not occur to Eigen and his staff that multinational corporations always use two methods: bribes and guns? Did it not occur to the TI team that the Governments of West Europe and North America serve the interest of around 300 of the world’s richest European families nominally headed by Prince Philip? These families own the banks; the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers own or control every financial institution and Central Banks directly or indirectly. They own the most corrupt private bankers’ cabal Federal Reserve that prints toilet paper dollars. The top three or four American and British banks are into drug money laundering that has actually seen them through the acts of their own corrupt and grossly unprofessional managers. Any harder evidence required than the fact that over 450 top managers of these banks have resigned, and squealed, on the issue of exploiting customers/investors trust reposed in these banks? If TI’s CPI and BPI is a covert system of grading how cooperative and subservient are world’s nations to the Bretton Woods’ institutions and pliable to pave the way for resource plundering by the Western Multinational corporations, even then the system is defective. What is the true nature of corruption at the highest level? No need to repeat what Eigen himself says that big projects are approved by the third world governments that don’t serve people’s interests and such examples are legion. It is the manner in which the third world governments are coerced to approve those projects-be they dams, nuclear power plants, extractive industries, roads that go nowhere, and privatization of natural resource base- that is the main issue. Multilateral and bilateral institutions and powerful tax-free trusts actually influence, bribe or coerce top elected officials and bureaucrats to insure that the projects are approved; the payout is made by western interested parties into the same banks owned by the same 300. These institutions are actually funding Transparency International. And those nations that ensured better quality of life for their citizens, had cleaner government than most western countries have, were bombed into the Stone Age. The real indices that need to be developed are two: (a) global plunder index and (b) global genocide index. That would give the true picture of planetary scale of corruption routinely practices by the twenty of the so-called clean nations. The CPI and BPI does not serve the interest of the people; in fact it is not only misleading, it camouflages the true nature of globalized corruption.
