Re: War Crimes in Palestine
United States Support of War Crimes.

Dear President Obama:

The current situation there was as a result of the three paragraph Balfour Declaration of 1917, the legal standing of which is invalid as it violated all legal standards, i.e. one nation promising another entity the land of a third without the consent of the latter.

This fraudulent Declaration was in part as a solution to the problem with the fall of the Ottoman Empire and allowed a quid pro quo for the region.

This fraudulent Declaration was never implemented as to the spirit of its intent in that the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine have been continually violated to date. If this fraudulent Declaration is read, the current Illegal Zionist Israeli State has been in violation of these terms for decades.

The objective of Zionism was to establish a homeland in Palestine for the Jewish people secured by public law at any cost. There have been many fallacious arguments propagated to justify the theft of land, the forced removal of indigenous peoples in Palestine and their continued harassment.

These fallacious justifications were never based on consent of the majority of the native Palestinians who have occupied these lands for thousands of years before the illegal occupation by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government. This is about theft of land in Palestine as it was here in the United States with the real Americans, the Native American Indians. Have you forgotten the Trail of Tears, Wounded Knee Massacre and literally thousands of other genocidal acts against Native American Indians?

Then why do you allow history to repeat by US proxy policy support in Palestine? Why do you not take substantive action in Palestine against the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government?

Palestine has been a focus for actions against the United States for literally decades by others from around the world. Our continued support of these counterproductive policies has caused great hostility toward the United States as a result. History has been allowed to repeat without concrete intervention.

During World War II Germans, Poles, Hungarians, Russian, Ukrainians, and those of other nationalities in disfavour as well as Catholics, Protestants, Jews, Gypsies, political prisoners, criminals, homosexuals, and the mentally ill were housed in Ghettos and Extermination Camps. What happened to these Peoples of Europe of this time is now being repeated in Palestine to the Palestinians.

In Palestine the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government keeps those of Gaza, The West Bank, and parts of Jerusalem in conditions worse than what was that of the Nazis. Those in these regions of Palestine are subjected to Apartheid conditions worse than those in South Africa.

They are subjected to constant degradation, humiliation, and harassment by the illegal occupying military forces of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force. These are not one or two incidences, but literally millions of incidents over the course of each decade. These have been reported by many credible news agencies such as The BBC, The Washington Post, The Asia Times, CNN International, and many dozens of others.

The Illegal Zionist Israeli State began its existence by engaging in terrorist acts, one of the first being The King David Hotel and literally hundreds of others which followed such as the more recent Beirut Massacre, The Sabra and Shatila Massacre, and those that occur on a current clocklike timetable in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank and surrounding areas without any just cause or provocation.

Anyone will retaliate against the illegally occupying force when constantly provoked, harassed, taunted, beaten, and humiliated. People act normally under abnormal circumstances and such is the case within these areas. You are in your office and see the photographs and nice and neatly prepared reports, but you have never experienced the real state of affairs on the ground in regions such as these.

You have never smelled the smells, seen the maimed, seen the amputees, seen the destruction and seen the looks in the faces of those who are victims through no fault of their own save just wanting to pursue their Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness without strife or conflict.

These are the olive grove farmers who have had their orchards of thousand year old olive trees burned to the ground and uprooted. These are the herders whose herds have been exterminated. These are the mothers, fathers, and orphaned children who have lost family members to genocidal acts. You do not ever see this, I do. You are blind, I am not. You are deaf, I am not for I constantly hear their cries for justice and mercy that fall on the deaf ears of your administration and the International community.

In Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, and The West Bank common basic necessities are prohibited being categorized as materials that can have military uses and are not allowed. In these areas the policies of Starvation, Extermination, and Forced Relocation are imposed by Separation Walls, a constant military presence, and supersonic fly-bys from the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force. This amounts to continual Torture of the indigenous and other inhabitants of Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank and other areas of Palestine.

World Condemnation Isn't Enough to Stop The Madness

There is an economic occupation and economic cleansing by force, intimidation and deception where honesty, truth, and morals in the slightest do not exist. Pillage, plunder and constant destruction of Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, and surrounding areas are the status quo order of the day.

There have been countless United Nations Resolutions that have upheld the right of the Palestinians and have condemned the actions of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government. Some of these are 181, 242, 452, 465, and many dozens of others. Unless you actually read the originals most would not know these resolutions are in two different languages.

Israel's Apartheid Wall

The United Nations had claimed jurisdiction in these resolutions which is falsely based on Article 22 of the League of Nations. Item One of Article 22 was used as justification for enforcement of jurisdiction. What was not acknowledged was the fact that the state of the Peoples of Palestine was misrepresented along with the rest of the items in this article. There was not full and informed consent by all parties concerned.

There were not factual representations as to the conditions and state of the people in surrounding regions. These regions could have, of their own free will and volition, stood alone without outside interference. The inhabitants of this region outright rejected the implementation of Article 22. This was ignored.

This leaves the implementation and enforcement of Article 22 null and void along with any subsequent resolutions or actions by any other party or parties relying on this as a foundation.

The Peoples of Palestine had been self-sufficient and thriving for thousands of years prior to outside parties injecting imperial designs into the region. Without all concerned parties and stakeholders participating, the United Nations began the process of dividing the region into different states with the knowledge this was based on frauds, misinformation, and misrepresentations.

Even if these fraudulent and misrepresented arguments are taken as legitimate, which they are not, many United Nations Members have supported these resolutions and yet the United States has constantly blocked implementation of these resolutions all the while stating there are impasses. The official records, and debates in the United Nations were not reported, or inaccurately reported in mainstream media.

The videos of the proceedings and the debates, from the United Nations, on these issues were misreported in the mainstream US media. The United States has continually blocked any resolutions to these situations while stating the opposite. How many times has The United States vetoed Resolutions concerning Palestine? Why do you support Genocidal Acts and War Crimes by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government?

I see the video feeds from the United Nations and the debates. I see what is released from your administration as well as what has been from previous administrations. I see the reporters from mainstream media parrot what your press secretary states.

This is not what was debated at the United Nations. This is lying. This is not a question of interpretation or public relations spin or views or anything else; it is lying. Don't do it. Don't allow anyone else to equivocate or accept anyone doing the bidding of AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) on your behalf. Don't let them call the shots, threaten, or knuckle you under; do the right thing.

There have been enough lies, fraud, and misrepresentations from the previous Bush Cheney Administration; there were no weapons of mass destruction. When missives such as this are received they are viewed as being anti- Semitic. There are light years of differences between anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism. There are large numbers of nongovernmental entities and private groups that are against the policies of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government.

These include Neturei Karta, Breaking the Silence (a group of current and ex-IDF (Israeli Defense Force) members, Border Guards, Security Forces, and Mossad members who speak about Atrocities and War Crimes), and many dozens of others whose members include Muslims (Shias, Sunnis and others), Jews (Orthodox, Reform, and others) Christians (Catholics, Quakers, Mennonites and others), and many less well known faiths such as Hindus, Zoroastrians and others. They represent people from all countries and nationalities around the world.

These groups are rarely heard on mainstream media, and when they are, they are cast in an unfavorable light or downplayed in such a manner as to be marginalized and minimized. The people of these various groups do not want anything more or less than what is morally and ethically right and to Free Palestine, truly free it and let all Palestinians in Palestine Be Free to Live in Peace without any internal or outside influences. No deceptions, no double talk, no espionage or intrigues, just Freedom for Palestine.

Do you understand this? Do you really? The Illegal Zionist Israeli Government and Defense Force is supported by the taxes from hard working US taxpayers. They are given F-16's, Apache helicopters, other military assets, and thousands of tons of US military armaments and ordinance. This is what is used against farmers, fathers, mothers, women and children along with white phosphorous and other experimental agents and ballistics.

The United States gives them foreign aid that amounts to over three billion dollars annually on the average with an estimated $120 billion plus being expended to date. The rationale is that this serves the US security interests.

I have yet to read any clear explanation of how this serves our security interests. What I have heard is a large volume of hype, fear, uncertainty and doubt in the responses from your office and that of previous administrations.

During the Churchill years in the World War II era, the Zionists approached the British asking for support for Zionist objectives in Palestine. Churchill rejected these proposals on the grounds that he did not want British taxpayers to carry this unending economic burden. Why does the US do this when Britain did not?

The only return for this military aid has been to give the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force the means to engage in War Crimes in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, Lebanon, and surrounding areas with impunity. This is what the United States is supporting.

How does enabling these War Crimes enhance the security of the United States? What US foreign aid has done is to allow the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government to obtain nuclear weapons and not be subject to any inspections by the international community and the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) or any other inspection agencies from any other government such as The Russian Federation, The Federative Republic of Brazil, The People's Republic of China, or others. With US aid the Negev Nuclear Research Center in the Illegal Zionist Israeli State has been able to increase its already large stockpile of nuclear weapons of mass destruction.

This has had the effect of destabilizing the entire region and the world. How is this in the best interests of the US? Once this became public knowledge, the Illegal Zionist Israeli Intelligence Service Mossad illegally kidnapped Mordechai Vanunu in Italy and illegally held him in solitary confinement for a period of eleven years in addition to other imprisonments. By CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) reports, the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government has over two hundred nuclear weapons already constructed at Dimona and ready for use.

This is what our foreign aid has gotten us, another destabilizing real rogue nuclear state. Part of the United Nations Disarmament Yearbook specifically states an objective of a Nuclear Weapons-Free-Zone in the Middle East. Why do you not insist that the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government open its borders to unconditional nuclear weapons inspections?

American Defense Contractors, and those of other countries, have a vested interest in global conflicts perpetuating. They are confined within their own perpetual socioeconomic dysfunction as part of the Military Industrial Congressional Corporate Complex about which President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned. The irony of it is, is that they could be making more with a product shift; they have the resources, technology, and government support.

They are so disconnected that they have no idea of anything except the bottom line, productivity, quarterly guidance and more production. With these capabilities they will find something, anything, to justify their status quo regardless of the cost to humanity and the future. “America's chickens ... are coming home ...to roost” in the most unexpected ways.

How many of the students' parents at Columbine, and other places, where there were incidents, worked for Department of Defense contractors? I see the problems as a result in other families that work for different defense contractors. I see the dysfunction that insidiously seeps into every aspect of their lives.

Recently there were five settlers in the illegally occupied territories that were murdered. There were vociferous condemnations by Secretary of State Clinton on this event.

The Illegal Zionist Israeli Government has used this as an excuse to build even more Illegal Settlements in the illegally occupied territories, and further increase their abusive treatment of those in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank and surrounding areas. This news story has constantly been aired on mainstream media.

The manner in which it was reported has all of the trappings of yet another false flag operation as it fits too perfectly into the stratagems of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government. There were Five Sisters in Jabalia, Gaza who were Genocidally Exterminated as they were fast asleep dreaming the dreams that children dream.

You know, the ones of innocence where they look toward brighter tomorrows. Most likely similar to that which your daughters dreamt when they were younger.

The Mosque next to where they were sleeping was the target of an illegal airstrike by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force. There was scant mention of this in the mainstream media at best. The story may as well have been about five dogs that had died.

Where was the vociferous condemnation? Where is the same vociferous condemnation by Secretary of State Clinton for all of the Innocent Palestinians who have been Genocidally Exterminated by Illegal Zionist Israeli Government?

Where are these mentions?

Are their lives valued than much less than that of others? On a daily basis Innocent Palestinians are Genocidally Exterminated, Degraded, and Humiliated. Where is your condemnation of these acts?

Why do you and your administration continue to support these continuing Atrocities? The actions of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government are by design engineered to provoke responses so that they have a fabricated ploy to retaliate, engage in War Crimes, Theft of Land and Genocide.

No matter what happens, the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government always casts itself in the light of having to defend itself against major threats such as six and seven year old children with rocks.

From the view of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government this justifies attacks with US supplied fighter aircraft and heavy ordinance. After all, they can never be too careful. This has been the policy since the founding of the Illegal Zionist Israeli State.

Chaim Weizmann sold everyone a bill of goods based on fraudulent representations and the whole world has been paying for this ever since.

The fraudulent Balfour Declaration should have been named the Cordite Foundation. The point is that the current state of affairs are of their own doings and makings. Mr. President, how many children in Gaza, The West Bank, and surrounding areas have been shot by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force?

You have the reports. How many children in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank and surrounding areas have been Genocidally Exterminated as a direct and indirect result of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government's aggression? You have the reports.

These are War Crimes as defined be the Geneva Convention. The Illegal Zionist Israeli Government has acted with impunity and immunity from the consequences of their actions.

Support of these War Crimes by The United States is but one more reason, “America's chickens ...are coming home ...to roost.”

How would you feel if to go to work six blocks away you had to travel to North Bethesda from The White House and pass through more than a half dozen checkpoints and be subjected to humiliating, degrading treatment at each checkpoint?

How would you like it if at each checkpoint you were searched and subjected to racial insults and taunted? How would you like it if at each of these checkpoints you were told that you were subhuman and that you should be killed?

How would you like it if this took over four hours and you intentionally had you freedom of movement blocked by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force and their Agents? How would you feel each day? Tell me Mr. President.

Why do you support this and allow it to continue? Tell me how you would feel if this treatment was standard operating procedure for you wife, children, family, friends, and community members by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force and their Agents.

How would you feel...

How would you feel if you saw your wife and children intentionally taunted and humiliated in your presence? Where is your sense of humanity to allow this to continue and perpetuate? How would you feel if this is what you had experienced every day since your birth in your ancestral homelands from which you or your family had never left?

These are the policies that you support.

Why do you support them? Tell me, or better yet, tell the world why you support these continuing atrocities as the leader of a super power. There are close to seven billion people on this planet we call Mother Earth that await your response. Mr. President, how would you view the actions of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government if your relatives had been Genocidally Exterminated through no fault of their own and without provocation?

How would you feel if one, or all of your children had been sexually abused or Genocidally Exterminated by an illegal occupying force? How would you react? How would you feel if after your family living in the same area and same house for the past two hundred years, you along with all your family members were forcibly removed at gunpoint by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force so a new family could move onto your land and into your home?

How would you feel if the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force stood by while settlers beat your wife and children and held you at gunpoint?

How do you think the mother with all her children feels when they see their father and her husband Genocidally Exterminated in her presence by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force? And you never batted an eye or blinked.

Sure, anyone can sanitize the events and present the happenings in the neat politically correct wrapper of collateral damage.

The facts always remain that these people who have been Genocidally Exterminated were real live breathing flesh in blood human beings, not numbers for a body count in some report. They were the ones who have held the greatest achievements in their hands, they were the ones who could have made a difference, but their lives have been needlessly ended, and for what? You go ahead and tell me what was lost?

When those through no fault of their own are Genocidally Exterminated, a part of the future of humanity is also killed. Our support of the actions of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Defense Force very closely parallel that of the Schutzstaffel; history repeats, and “America's chickens... are coming home ...to roost.”

Why, then, Mr. President?

Our foreign aid to the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government has allowed Mossad agents to freely operate in the US. Why was the situation with the six Mossad agents after 9/11 handled in the manner that it was?

Why have companies based in the Illegal Zionist Israeli State been given security contracts for airports here in the US? Why have other companies in the Illegal Zionist Israeli State been given telecommunications contracts here in the US? Is this what our foreign aid has gotten the US? There are other instances of companies such as Amdocs, Comverse Technology, Verint, and many others supplying services to the US government that should be going to US companies without any ties to foreign governments or their agents.

The NSA (National Security Agency) has issued TS/SCI (Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmentalized Information) warnings on telecommunications intelligence leaking to the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government as reported from various sources.

Why did these contracts go to foreign companies? Why were bids from true American owned companies never solicited, and why were they never received or accepted? Explain this. These contracts are critical and involve US National Security. These activities have been going on for decades. Why is this allowed to continue?

There is not one Rabbi that follows the true teachings of the Torah and Judaism that will tell you that what is happening, and has happened in Palestine by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government and Defense Force is right by any stretch of the imagination. The Illegal Zionist Israeli State should never have come into existence.

It was built on frauds and deceptions which continue to be perpetuated at everyone's expense. There is not one place in the Torah that states it is acceptable to Steal Land, and Genocidally Exterminate innocent men, women, and children.

Why as a professed Christian do you allow this to continue? You are so concerned with terrorism and here it is right in front of you being perpetuated by the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government and Defense Force and you say nothing and do nothing. Why? Tell the world why.

I can not, and will not keep silent any longer. What is happening in Palestine is wrong and you nor the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government, their Agents and Representatives see anything wrong with this. I see something very sick and dysfunctional with the whole NIGHTMARE IN PALESTINE, especially when I hear the convoluted propagandist justifications for these atrocities.

Any time any criticism is brought against the Illegal Zionist Israeli State that is valid and factual, it is countered with being anti-Semitic, and rebutted with ad hominem or ad populum attacks. Another tactic is to cast anyone who criticizes the Illegal Zionist Israeli State as having psychological problems. All these are designed to do, is to deflect an outsider from the reality and validity of what is presented.

Barring that, disinformation, misinformation, and fabrications are used to uphold the status quo of Genocide, Extermination, and Torture of the people of Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank and surrounding areas in the region. I can well expect that I will be on AIPAC and Mossad's lists, but that is nothing new as I am already on the radar of the SBU (Служба Безпеки України) and FSB (Федеральная Служба Безопасности) from my comments on the situation with Father Gudziak in Lviv, Ukraine and Ukrainian Catholic University. It is small comfort to know there are no Kamaz trucks here in the US.

The other side of the coin of plausible deniability is plausible acceptability and outside of that is silence, which if properly used works quite well to quell any disturbances as time will seemingly wash away most situations with the emperor and new clothes. I have read many of the NIE (National Intelligence Estimates) which have been released under the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and I understand the components, the processes involved, and most importantly the shortcomings and deficiencies.

I also comprehend many other dimensions which are not ever mentioned nor grasped by those who have authored the various sections. Do not trade political expediency for the future. Do not trade false strategic advantages for future peace. Hold up the mirror and look in it and tell me what you do not see.

The Geneva Convention of which the Illegal Zionist Israeli State is a party clearly delineates the treatment of wounded or sick fighters, prisoners of war, civilians, and medical and religious personnel. In each of these categories there have been numerous documented violations which have never been adequately addressed.

It is not without note that of this writing Protocols I and II were never ratified by The United States, the Illegal Zionist Israeli State, Iraq, and several other governments. The Nuremberg Principles established peremptory norms for conduct of all parties concerning War Crimes such as those which have been committed and continue to be committed by the Illegal Zionist Israeli State.

These principles established hierarchical responsibility for War Crimes specifically by holding those in command responsible for the actions of those under their command. These were comprised of, but not limited to the following:

• Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of a crime against peace.
• Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace.
• War crimes.
• Crimes against humanity.

There are over 60,000 orphans in Gaza and The West Bank, and surrounding areas as a result of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government policies of Genocidal Extermination.

No amount of denial, political spin, or public relations propaganda can change these facts on the ground. This contributes to deep history which can only be rewritten in books, not the experiences of life that are passed from generation to generation.

At some future time there will be some anthropologist who will look back on this tragic era in disbelief. At one time Turkey was referred to as the sick man of Europe, but now as a result of their actions the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government is referred to as the sick juvenile of the Middle East.

I can see the people from all over the globe in different countries coming together in support of "Free Palestine" which spontaneously evolves of its own accord just like what happened with the Founding of The United States. Have you ever really spoken with those who have come here from other countries?

You know, really spoken with the ones who barely made it out?

When is the last time you have been present without photo ops or arranged meetings between this that or the other schedules and without any time constraints? I have spoken with members of the Ukrainian, Slovakian, Hungarian, Polish, Russian and other communities over the decades and what they all say is that, "America is the best." There is a reason for that in the fact that if other leaders received a letter such as this they would disappear and be destined to the same fate as the Ukrainian journalist Georgiy Ruslanovich Gongadze (Георгій Русланович Ґонґадзе გიორგიღონღაძე) or that of the Russian journalist Anna Stepanovna Politkovskaya (Анна Степановна Политковская) and hundreds of thousands of others worldwide through the decades and centuries past.

But you know what Mr. President, I say we can do much, much better in regards to Palestine.

America can do the right thing and correct the wrongs of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government and Free Palestine. This is but the starting point, one starting point of many. I am under no illusions that the likelihood of this being read in NIE parlance is “Remote” as I am not a special interest on the Beltway, a political action committee representative, or a big money lobbyist.

I am just a United States Citizen who voted for you. I am expecting some enterprising bureaucrat to open yet another file as a step to their career advancement and who knows what investigation, or other activity they can conjure and incite; shades of PIUs (Political Intelligence Units), LIUs (Local Intelligence Units), DHS (Department of Homeland Security), and the like.

By the time this letter is addressed many thousands will have already had their own copies on the Internet.

What I have presented is exercising my Freedom of Speech and my Right as a United States Citizen to Petition the United States Government for Redress of Grievances as guaranteed by The United States Constitution.

It is easy to be swept into a Gordian knot of deceit, deception, machinations and lies for so long before you become part of the abomination and can not differentiate between fact, fiction, delusion, and reality. I would normally write, "Forgive him for he knows not what he does", but you do know what you do as you have your morning daily intelligence briefings.

You do know the atrocities committed in Palestine.

You do know the Genocidal Acts that are propagated toward those in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, and surrounding regions. You do know of the War Crimes in Palestine. You do get the synopses of the Middle East and Palestine.

The Illegal Zionist Israeli State has devolved into a paranoid dysfunctional government capable of any actions as stated by their leaders many times. They will continue to use this threat as long as the United States allows them to do so. In the interests of The United States, Palestine, and the world, the time to address this is now. I have named the following fifteen points the Dunant Actions.

Here is what I want you to do:

1. Immediately recognize Palestine as a Sovereign Independent State.

2. Immediately petition the United Nations to recognize Palestine as a member of the United Nations with all the rights afforded all other members.

3. Immediately cease any and all funding and aid of any kind in any way, shape, manner, or form to the illegal Zionist State of Israel Government, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives.

4. Unconditionally demand that the illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives pull back to the pre-1948 borders.

5. Demand that the illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives completely lift any and all blockades of Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, and surrounding areas.

6. Demand that the illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives immediately remove any and all separation walls, and allow free ingress and egress to any and all illegally occupied territories by all Palestinians.

7. Demand that the illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives immediately and without condition release any and all illegally held political prisoners, Arabs, or other detainees.

8. Demand immediate reparations from the Illegal Zionist State of Israel to all peoples who were removed by force or intimidation or threat of force for pain and suffering and lost incomes.

9. Demand the immediate removal of any and all settlers on land that is not included in the pre-1948 borders by the illegal Zionist State of Israel.

10. Demand the immediate unconditional lifting of any and all monetary restrictions or controls imposed by the illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, and surrounding areas.

11. Demand the Illegal Zionist State of Israel, the Israeli Defense Force, their Agents and/or Representatives immediately cease and desist from any and all internal interference in the internal affairs of Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Cyprus, and other surrounding areas and regions, and the United States.

12. Demand that the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government open all of its illegally held land to immediate and total unconditional access and inspection for nuclear weapons, and any and all other weapons of mass destruction to specifically include Dimona, the Negev Nuclear Research Facility, and any and all surrounding areas.

13. Demand that AIPAC register as a foreign agent of the Illegal Zionist Israeli Government.

During the Carter Administration his brother was pressured to register as a foreign agent due to his dealings with Libya.

14. Immediately provide foreign aid for reconstruction and humanitarian aid in Gaza, parts of Jerusalem, The West Bank, and surrounding areas.

15. Accession of Protocols I and II of The Geneva Convention by The United States without Reservation(s) or Declaration(s). You will either do this or you will not. You will either keep the spirit of your campaign promises or you will not.
