(PASO ROBLES, CA) - Mr. Reince Priebus, Head of the Republican National Committee, described President Obama’s Administration as NOT being right with Jesus, and by doing so, explicitly implied that the GOP was.

I have been aware of this connection of Party and Jesus for some time which, under the leadership of Evangelists of Puritan faith, guides the Party along its implausible and obstinate way. It is implausible in that it cares less about the intelligence of its members - so long as they chorus the hymns of the leadership which mimics to a remarkable degree the organization of the Roman Catholic Church.

The goal of Evangelists, with the help of its Party membership, is one day to replace our National democratic Republic with a Theocracy under its complete control. I am astounded by how many Congressmen and Senators respond to the wishes of the Evangelists rather than to the wishes of their constituents, and by how marvelously voting blocs have been created by drawing districts to favor, not the will of the people, but the will of Evangelists who have taken control of the GOP and who dictate how it should be guided to achieve its goal of Theocracy.

The object is to prevent Congress from legislating in the interest of the majority of the people whose representatives are outnumbered by evangelicals who puppet the will of Evangelists and the NRA, which is heart and soul in cahoots with the will of Evangelists.

I have no objection to persons of good character and good will having rifles or shotguns for hunting and a handgun for protection against wild beasts, nor do I object to persons collecting guns so long as they are not a danger to others, or for resale.

My brother who was in the army has a sizable collection of guns, but only one revolver that he could fire if need be. He is not a problem. What concerns me are people who misinterpret the Second Amendment and who are not “members of a well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of our free state;” especially when they scoop up military automatic weapons and ammunition sufficient for waging a small war. If they want to go to war, they should join the military, not a militia the object of which is to overthrow our government.

Having said that, no where has our government ever said it was intent on confiscating anyone’s guns; but the vast majority of the American people are in favor of banning the sale of military style weapons with ammunition clips of more than ten rounds. Such weaponry has killed innocents on a number of occasions recently, giving rise to concern by a majority of people that something sensible needs to be done. It is interesting to note that more often than not, the killer shot and killed himself rather than be apprehended, reminiscent of Suicide Killers whose conduct they seem to emulate.
