Student, Gunman Dead After Multiple Shots Fired Inside Oregon High School

(TROUTDALE, Ore.) - A large number of police agencies including the FBI, are on the scene of a high school shooting at Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Oregon.

Witnesses said they could see police lead large groups of students out of the school with their hands behind their heads.

At least 20 medical personnel are on scene and a Life-Flight helicopter has landed in a nearby field.

It is not know how many injuries there are at this time.

Police now confirm that the shooter and one student are dead.

Parents were asked to wait at the Cherry Park Safeway at 2501 SW Cherry Park Rd.

KOIN-TV is reporting that a student still within the school tweeted just after 9:00 a.m. that while some students had been evacuated, “most” are still on lockdown.

According to the school's website, some 2,800 students attend the school
