Police Arrest Suspect in Winco Foods AssaultSalem-News.comThe victim in the case is still in a local hospital and will be facing numerous surgeries as a result of the assault.
(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) - Clackamas County Sheriff's Office detectives have identified the man who they believe is responsible in the assault to Bobby Burns in the parking lot at Winco Foods earlier this week, on June 6th. 23-year old Geovany Mendoza Saucedo has been arrested in Yakima, Washington on the outstanding warrant out of Clackamas County for Attempt Murder. Clackamas detectives are asking for any and all information relating to Geovany Mendoza Saucedo. He is a Hispanic male, approximately 5'11" and 190 pounds, having a bald head and a goatee. He is believed to be driving a 1968 maroon colored Chevrolet pickup, displaying Washington license A42377P. Saucedo has a felony warrant for Attempted Murder, with no bail set, issued by Clackamas County Circuit Court. Detectives investigating the case report Saucedo has misdemeanor drug history. Saucedo has reportedly fled the area and his currant whereabouts are unknown. Detectives consider him to be armed and dangerous at this time. Bobby Burns is reported to still be in a local hospital and will be facing numerous surgeries as a result of the assault. If anyone has information regarding the assault, Geovany Mendoza Saucedo, or his whereabouts, people are asked to call the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Tip Line at (503) 723-4949. Detectives are still attemtping to review videos from local businesses in this case and no videos are available for release at this time.

Until we close the borders and ship back the ones what are here illegally we are going to have this type of crime. Salem use to be safe but now you are afraid to go outside alone, or leave your windows down or anything else. You can't argue with them because you dont know who has a gun or a knife. I have 3 grandkids who had a knife pulled on then at Plaid Pantry in West Salem and they were 9 and 11 and something has to be done. Our jails and prisons are full and now Bush has signed the anensty bill to allow all of them to be here. I guess he wants all the drugs, murders, rapes, our taxes paying to suppoty them. Everyone deserves a decent life but when they come here and demand and steal, use stolen ID and dont pay taxes like we do. Buzh is in bed with the president of Mexico and tells them to send us all of their crooks. How else are the idiots running this country going to get their drugs. For sure they are not going to force them to go back to Mexico. Our Government gets a lot of money from the drug dealers who bring them into this countrya and then Bush ships it back to the president of mexico.
